I used to like it but has anyone else noticed grit in their food, happened to me 2wice, won't go there again
Staff was absolutely unfriendly and clearly didn't want to be there... Food was middle of road.
The food and the only employee working (at 3pm on a Saturday) were great but the restaurant and bathroom are disgusting.
First and last visit here. When we walked in they ignored us for a few minutes, then when we were served they had barely any personality but the personality they did have was rude. That is not the reason we aren't coming back, the place was extremely dirty, the tables had food on them, the floors were sticky, my tray was sticky and there were cockroach traps in the bathroom, and the food left a impression but not a good one. We will not come back!
We tried to go here but it was disorganized and messy. We stood in line for 15 mins and saw only two people get helped. Garbage was piled high on top of the trash cans and smelled awful. The workers looked like they didn't want to be there. We left because we were afraid they'd never get to us and because of the smell. I'm giving two stars because maybe they were understaffed but it didn't look that way.
Does this place know what it's like To clean anything or keep the food warm or how about restock the sodas you make me pay $4 for This is the worst Moes I've ever been to in my entire life horrible unfriendly staff no Body answers the phone and it does not seem that anybody there is a manager maybe just all children grumpy and mad at the world.P.s. managers that reads this I'll be in on Tuesday for my refund.
This please is amazing and the workers are so friendly.Just a head up, Monday specials you get a free drink
Food was outstanding but the building was very dirty.
It had been a while since I had their food. It was good. I like that they have mushrooms on the menu. They also have great customer service. I was happy with both visits and will be back.
I love the kit options. Actually, I ordered the Fajita kit with 5$ sweet tea. The taste of every dish was awesome, and just like typical Mexican food. The only cons was the tea. It was too sweet for me, maybe I should choose the unsweetened one. In my point of view, it will be a nice option when you and your friends can't decide your meal.

This is kind of my 2nd home...lol I have grown up around here. 3 brothers, 2 sister-in laws, several friends and my uncle have all worked here. They did a fundraiser for my cheer team and catered my graduation party. We have also done card games and friendly meetups. I always have a good time. Food is always fresh, lots of friendly faces.
3 gentleman cooking and preparing food served me 10/12 at around 7:30pm, one was training- they were all smiles and right to business. Just simply friendly, helpful (the other two men always are when I visit). The fourth coworker with glasses was curt with the trainee and with me at the counter. Chin up trainees, stick with the bs and soon enough you’ll be doing what you do there at Moe’s in your sleep (it used to happen to me during training!). Once you’ve got the rhythm, you get the picture. Go Moes.
Way more reliable than Chipotle across the way. I'm always being let down by Chipotle whether it be unreliable serving sizes or them completely not having numerous menu items. While it may be a bit more expensive than Chipotle, Moe's always seems to be fully stocked with their ingredients and has a better selection of overall offerings like their sauces,, FRESH JALEPENOS, free chips and salsa w/ the purchase of any meal... To be honest though, both of them could take a lesson from Qdoba in the queso department. This Moe's is the superior burrito joint in Ithaca until a mom n' pop joint proves me wrong.
Its hit or miss on quality and service. Often looks dirty.
The last time I was here was a few months ago with my mom, I got a burrito with seasoned beef, rice, lettuce, onions, cheese and sour cream. The meat was very overwhelming, the flavor overpowered the rest of the food and I could not eat it. Later that night when I was home in my room I had painful stomach pains and resulted me going to the restroom vomiting. I believed I had food poisoning from that meat it couldn’t have anything else from the burrito. Will not be coming here again.
