Such a dump. Takes forever to get food and they are out of stuff a lot (even first thing in the morning).
Like they will be out of bread at Panera BREAD.

Seemed under staffed. The dining room and bathroom needed cleaning. They were out of regular menu items like tomato soup. The service was friendly and the food was good though.

My salad was half the size it used to be. My to go salad was not to go. When I mentioned it they just dumped it in a container. Just not a great visit at all. I probably won't be back. Been going there for years.

My coworkers and I waited 35 minutes for food through the drive thru!!! We were late to our next job and got reamed by our boss. If you want quick food don't go here!!

I love Panera but this location will constantly give you your order with items missing. Whether you order in person, for pickup or delivery, you can count on them to forget something that you paid for. If you order delivery and they forget an item, they just give you credit to your Panera account so you can buy something else that they will make wrong. Unfortunately I'm in the Sips Club for another month, which is the only reason I bothered ordering.

Understand they just opened at 7am, but I walked in and 2 counter workers never greeted me, I smiled at them. I stood at the register awkwardly for at least 3 min, felt like 10, while they ignored me. Then when it was time to order the register was not on. She asked what I was paying with, I said cash, she said we can't take cash right now in ac rude tone. As if cash was so wrong, like I was doing something wrong. I did ok ill use a card then. Took the other girl 4 min to find cibatta bread from my breakfast sandwich on the screen. Then I waited 8 min for 1 bacon, egg, & cheese sandwhich to be made. I'm sorry it was 7:05 & y'all just opened but staff doesn't come in right at 7, I too have to get to work. Guess I know better than to stop here again before work. Hope the sandwich isn't as cold as it feels. My bread isn't even warm!

Panera is great and I love to eat there. However, this location will always leave something out of your order. The inside is also frequently dirty and service takes forever when you eat in.

Usually out of ingredients; tables never clean; always slow and sometimes incredibly slow; this Panera always seems like it is 5 minutes from closing whether it is 2pm or 7pm. Today a single salad took over 30 minutes, for example.
