Papa John’s never disappoints! Every time I come in especially on $1 pizza day—the staff is always so sweet and welcoming to me and my girls. They treat us like family, and that means a lot. Consistently gets my order wrong. I wouldn’t be so upset except you have to pay so much for such low quality. Food is ok, but it’s chain food. The store in Ithaca just has lazy employees and you have to check their work before you leave. Sad!

Very busy on a Tuesday for $1 slice day, the staff was doing great despite the rush! Shout out to Charlie and the cashier! Very rude woman in front of us threatening to leave a bad review over her wait then finally got her food that took up all of 5 boxes, not sure what she expected but they handled her negative very well! 10/10
