It's such delicious bread, and the inside is so cozy and nice.
The two women work on Friday night, Jan 31 don’t want to be there. They hate the customers.
One of them started sweeping the floors while other customers still have their trays on their hands with food on it. and they give each other that look and they don’t look into your eyes. They just simply hate you to be there.

I ordered a caramel macchiato with oatmilk. I received something with a think greasy residue. Smelled and tasted like actual beef tallow. I’ve felt ill with heartburn ever since.
The drinks and baked goods are very good! The only problem I have is place isn’t very clean. Usually I am here when they aren’t too busy and things such as trashes not being emptied, tables aren’t being wiped off, floors aren’t being swept regularly, which I think definitely should be done during any downtime. Instead of I see employees on their phones at the counter. The bathrooms are consistently pretty nasty. I once told them their toilet paper was out and went back an hour later and it was still out. Overall it’s a good place but definitely could use some improvement in that area!

I’ve had croissants from Walmart that tasted better than what they have. Same goes for their pain au chocolat.
And do NOT get their hot chocolate unless you’re craving that cheap hot chocolate you used to have as a kid except with even more sugar.
Truly disappointing.

The pastries and salads are great, but the coffee tastes burnt, and what’s with the blaring country music?
Don’t come here for a good cappuccino. Great for pastries but not cappuccinos.

Pretty chaotic during peak times, but I don’t think anyone can deny the pastries and options available are abundant and delicious. I ordered a mango smoothie and got finely crushed ice with bottled mango syrup which was a big disappointment, however my wife got a maple coffee that was outstanding. We both got breakfast sandwiches on croissants which were both great. All in all, this place has good food and *some* good drinks, just have patience.

This coffee spot was filthy. Cold drinks were warm and unimpressive. Really couldn’t believe how filthy it was.

Stopped in for a couple of coffees to go. Confusing layout, had to go to the checkout to order coffee, but both cashiers were busy, one was dealing with a customer payment issue. The other was just typing in the iPad. I wasn't acknowledged nor was the party of three that was there before me waiting. They left then I followed. Can't comment on the coffee as I was never served.
Incredible, bustling cafe in the heart of ithaca; the centerpiece to the Commons one could say. Mr Jiwook Jung, who attended to my order, was especially noteworthy. His whimsical attitude, hustle, yet attention to detail is something we rarely see in young workers these days. The lemonade I craved was crisp and refreshing, I dare say better than your local neighborhood kids stand. Great job Paris Baguette, you made a man happy today.
