Great atmosphere, clever menu. My son loved the seafood, and my mother enjoyed her salad.

First of all, I highly recommend going here! I've visited quite a few times and it's always been an excellent time. They also hosted and catered one event for me, which turned out wonderfully. They were helpful and attentive in the planning and brought everything together. After the event, I kept getting texts from my friends thanking me and saying "I was a wonderful host." I felt like I hadn't really done anything but pick the venue and then enjoy the evening! The brunch is also excellent. I recommend the french toast with Bree or buffalo Mac.For dinner, I love the burger, burrata, or smashed fingerlings. The staff are kind and welcoming, and I appreciate that the menu uses a lot of local ingredients. 10/10. I'll definitely be going back.

We tried Parilla this August. The food very far from the mark, especially considering the prices. We had an appetizer, three entrees, two desserts and drinks. No one was thrilled about their entree, my tuna had absolutely no salt on it, like completely bland, the pork ribs special were tough and a little dry. Cheesecake was ok. The surprising star of the meal was the creme brûlée which was delicious. Our waiter was very good also. We paid way too much for not good food. It’s a new restaurant which is a shame.

Great food and service!

This would be a 0 star if possible. Weird food with contradictory flavors that didn’t mesh at all/make sense (also, why fry potatoes if you’re going to dump it on its own grease, and get it soggy again? Why was the octopus so sweet but the salad devoid of salt or flavor?). This would be a 1.5 star but plummets to zero because of (one waiter’s) customer service. Waiter clearly only paid attention to customers that he thought would tip well (spent time chatting, laughing, etc.) and scoffed at us. He would only respond/acknowledge when specifically asked for. The hostess and manager spent more time interacting than our waiter. Hostess, manager and chef were very nice but the waiter was deliberately neglectful. He made a bad experience terrible.

The highlight of the service was our interactions with the hostess and the manager. The waiter vacillated between dismissive and unavailable. The food took a long time to arrive, and the flavor combinations didn’t quite hit the mark. Moreover, the preparations could use more attention to detail: the salad and the burrata had almost no salt, the center of the gnocchi was sandy and not pillowy, and the octopus had an off aftertaste. While I appreciate the chef’s willingness to improve our dining experience, the meal was defined more by its misses than its hits.

Questionable food - the bread and butter were good, but it was downhill from there. The octopus dish had 10 tiny bites of octopus despite the dish carrying its name, potatoes were greasy, and everything just tasted off - burrata salad, gnocchi, and tuna. The main courses also took at least 20 minutes to come after we finished appetizers.Even worse, however, was the service. While the hostess, manager, and chef were attentive, the waiter was anything but. It was nearly impossible to get his attention (with only 5 tables seated), and he openly scoffed at a 15% tip rewarding 90 minutes he spent ignoring our table.TLDR- don’t come. This is one of the few restaurants I have ever visited that is actively bad. It is clearly kept afloat by the members of the club, who have no other food choices.

First time diners here (though we had lunch after a round of golf a couple weeks ago). This time we brought friends from Buffalo and Arizona. Great service and terrific food. Hangar Steak frites were good and it was an ample serving. The Octopus (3 orders) was amazing. The Mussels as an appetizer with bread were a wonderful surprise. My wife had a sensational Smoke&Mirrors drink or 2 :-)…nice presentation! We will return!

The restaurant is part of the golf course, but you can come in without membership. I do recommend getting reservations ahead of time as it does get busy inside and on the patio seating. They have a couple of spare rooms if you want to isolate your group for an event. The dining here is what I could best consider American grill. Steaks and vegetables all grilled, a few salads and cold seafood dishes for appetizers, sides that are pretty common with steakhouses and french fries that come in all different sorts and varieties. The truffle fries were simply way too dark and would have been better had they not over fried the potatoes. Even the hanger Frites were tough as they proclaimed triple cooked. The best price ended up coming off of the burger. The appetizers were not outstanding versus others in the area that I've had, though the calamari was probably the best of the lot. Beets weren't too fresh in the salad. Steak with Verde sauce was interesting but I've never been one to add a whole bunch of sauce on the steak unless it's not the best meat. Top quality meat will stand on its own without any additional toppings other than salt and pepper.Service was friendly, although there was a strong smell of cigars outside when we were on the patio. Weirdly, the side orders and the appetizers all came out at once and then the main entrees came out later sporadically.

Fantastic food. Every dish was excellent. The cocktails were well made and they had a fantastic liquor menu. Also a great range of beers on tap. The folks eating with us said the wine list was also good. 10/10 will go back.

Attended my cousin’s wedding rehearsal lunch there last week. Forty guests and only one waitress. We were handed menus with prices which was very embarrassing for the host family. No child menu. The lunch took three and a half hours, the waitress took drink orders four times which drove the bill up and up. The poor single waitress did her best. For table clearing, it looked like they dragged in anyone off the street. Very unprofessional. Food quality was ok. In a word, it was a disaster. Such a shame as our family had decades of great events when Padilla was the Ithaca Country Club. Avoid this place like the plague.

Have had Sunday Brunch there a couple times. It is a great place inside and outside and has a nice big patio. The problem is their menu is very limited and quite pricey for what you get. Portions are very small and most items come with no sides. Heard dinner prices are outrageous for what little you get.
