Ordered through door dash, pizza came uncut and completely slid to one side. Tried to call the number listed on Google and was phone was answered by a woman yelling go away. Won't be ordering from here again any time soon.
Great pizza! Got the Margarita and blue cheese Buffalo Chicken. Keep the quality coming! Would recommend to locals in Ithaca, NY.
I ordered a Margherita pizza and salad and it was delivered via Uber. What a GREAT experience! The food was AMAZING, and it arrived exactly when promised. I just warmed up the rest of the pizza for lunch (the afternoon after), and it was just as yummy! Fabulous crust! I’ll not get pizza anywhere else, after being a devoted customer of Pizza Aroma for two decades. I wish I had taken pics of the pizza, but I was waaaaaay too hungry, and I was not disappointed! Thank you Pronto! ♥️
Forgot 2 toppings on pizza, did not send sauces for wings (paid extra for), did not send the soda..tried calling, no one answers the phone, overcharged $10!

They have vegan options but don’t know what they are. I ordered a pizza online and vegetarian options were marked, but not vegan options. I wrote in the notes to only use vegan crust. I asked when I got there and the staff member didn’t know if there was vegan crust. Apparently there was also no one she could ask. Eventually she found the ingredients and it was not, and it had already been paid for and made, and couldn’t be fixed because she didn’t know anything about it. Just not very accessible. The staff member was kind. Leave some allergy notes around for her, at least.

Trash, like absolute trash. The large roast beef sub had one slice, the bread was stale and falling apart, easy the worst sub I’ve ever had! The pizza is sloppy and thrown together, all for way more money then it’s worth. They charging a premium price for cafeteria food.

The slowest pizza ever. Almost 1 hour for 6 pizzas. Incredible I’m ashamed. Without words! Please don’t insult Italian name calling you pizzeria.
