I had an issue with an order I got (wrong salad base) and went the next morning to talk to a staff member to realize pronto was actually closed for remodeling. A staff member helping with the remodeling took notice of me and asked what happened and had me go next door to jacks because they’re owned by the same people. There I talked to another nice staff member who went into pronto (while it was closed for the remodeling) and made me a new salad :)Very nice of them!
Smaller than expected, but tasted greatEdit: got their pizza again and it tasted terrible. I wasn't even able to finish one slice. It was sweet for some reason? Dropped review from 4 stars to 3 because the first time I had pizza here was great. Inconsistent quality.
Vegetarian options: White mushroom pizza and goat cheese cranberry salad!
