I’ve been coming here at least 2 times each week. The price Is affordable, everyone is always friendly and nice, and the pizza does not make me sick. I’ve tried many pizza places in Ithaca, and this is the only place where the pizza/food never makes me sick.

Wife and I ordered a sheet pizza and 2 dozen wings from here as usually their wings and pizza are good, once we got home opened the wings to find absolutely no sauce and plain wings that were under cooked and couldn't even chew, we were not shown the pizza or wings upon pick up but didn't ever have trouble before so didn't think to ask, when we called back to inform them about our wings the manager who wouldn't say his name was extremely argumentative and denied saying that the wing were fine, and basically called us liars, he offered to remake the wings, but as we explained we lived 40 minutes away, and go there because usually it's good food and service, he then said that if we can't drive back that night, he wouldn't do anything we would have to deal with what we got! No refund, no offer to make them the next day or, send anything to like a gift certificate for another time, we got told to deal with the food we got, needless to say I won't be returning to the Ithaca location, by far the absolute worst experience, worst customer service,

I have never eaten in the store however, we have gotten their pizzas so many times and it is the best pizza I have ever had in my whole life. I am 70 and a tough pizza critic. I truly wish you would open one in Longmont Colorado!
I have enjoyed Pudgies for years. It's an Ithaca staple. You won't find a whole lot of variety or fancy ingredients, but the pizza is always consistently good. The service is friendly, and they're great for sheet pizzas and large orders. You can order online, too, which is great!

First of all, I think it's incredible that a restaurant like this has been in business for 50 years or more. I used to get lunch here frequently back in the mid 70s. My favorite was their cheesesteak sub. 30 years ago I moved to Philadelphia and had to try a genuine Philly cheesesteak because everyone was raving about them. Big disappointment. So now I'm back spending Christmas with family, and, to my amazement, Pudgie's is still here, and their cheesesteak is as good as I remember!
