We’ve been here a bunch of times over the years and today’s lunch was the best service we’ve ever had! Alexis was training a new employee and still had the patience to manage our order that included the ever changing wishes of two small children. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Growing up in Ithaca in early 1950's, we would walk across a creek, through fields of greenhouses, across Meadow St to Purity, where my uncle made the ice cream. It was the best! Now, all that is original is the Bittersweet, and although good, not what it was!

I came to Purity with a group of around 20 people, and the customer service was amazing! From our initial phone call to inquire about such a large group to the food coming out so quickly, the workers were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a waitress come to our group and take each of our orders, sending them directly to the kitchen and getting the food out in what felt like no time. Everything was seamless, and the waitress was especially proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend Purity for hosting large groups of people :)

Great ice cream. Cashieer did not need to speak and interact with me like i was a minor. Possibly because my coat has a law enforcement symbol from where I retired from?
