The atmosphere and the service were perfectly fine (although our table was really dusty), but I hated the food. It was plated nicely, but everything was very, very bland and unseasoned, except for garlic powder. I was particularly disappointed in the Brussel Sprout sharing plate. The brussel sprouts seemed like they were frozen, not fresh, and incredibly mealy/mushy. Basically, all the food we got seemed like it came out of a can, jar, or package, and the cook tried to make the best of it by mixing random things together. Maybe the burgers and fries are better, but we didn't try them. Definitely not for me.

4 of us arrived around 2pm on a Friday and got a table outside. Waited a long time to get service at the table. Had to go request service. We should have just left when we noticed other people waiting at their table with empty drinks. Also dirty tables. Took an hour to get our food. Appetizer came out with the meals. No refills on drinks until we asked for them. The food was ok but very very overpriced for what it was. NY State of mind sandwich didn't have a trace of chimmichurri as stated in the description. Tater tots over cooked. Went inside to use the bathroom and noticed stacks of dirty dishes on the counter. Workers on their phone in the kitchen instead of working. Dirty bathrooms. We regret going here and do not recommend it.

Pot of gold, boom boom shrimp, Crabby paddy and something with baaaad(was like gyro burger gf food but we always share a bite with each other) everything was great. I was happy I choose Reds for our monthly date night. Thanks Reds!

Excellent food! The best in Ithaca. Ryan is the best cook in town!! All Cornell and Ithaca College families should come here and enjoy a wonderful meal after moving their loved ones into the dorms! I promise you won’t be disappointed. We will be back next week and come here at least 1 x week. I can’t wait x express how good the food is and the service is amazing. Very cute hostess also ❤️❤️

We stopped in tonight to give it another chance. Service was better than before but it wasn’t busy. Hopefully the other night was just a fluke. Everyone does deserve a pass for one bad night. Food was good until we hit dessert which was burned and only about half of it was even edible. I don’t know why it was even served. Hopefully you do better for others but two tries is enough for us. We won’t be back.

We’ve been to Reds in the past and loved it. I never write reviews but this was the worst service we have ever had. In an hour and a half of sitting at our table the only thing we were able to get was water and not even a refill on that once we drank it. No drinks, no appetizers, no food. Waiter came to the table twice. Once to drop off water then to take our order that never came. We gave up after an hour and a half and let the hostess know that our waiter never came back and we never received anything but water. She was nice but didn’t know what to do about it so we left.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Red’s this weekend! It was very busy with the kids coming back and the wait was a little long but I’m sure that was the case everywhere! Service was friendly and I highly recommend the New York Steak of mind!

Stopped in for lunch - enjoyed the turkey burger and chicken sandwich. We sat outside since we had our pooch with us. Service was great and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and accommodated our special request. Highly recommend and a great place to bring your four legged friends!

They say this place is unique. IT IS NOT! Don't listen to all those 5 star review because those are just bots bought but the company. This place takes atleast an half hour to serve you just for it to taste disgusting! DONT EAT HERE! I was waiting for 50 minutes! Our food was burnt,cold,old,hard, and either doused with salt! There was flies everyone in the kitchen and you can tell because when you get your food the flies fly out to it from the kitchen. We spent over 80$ and only had a 20% refund and some of that went to a tip. FOR YOUR TIMES SAKE DONT ORDER HERE!

They added automatic 20% gratuity because we had our 5 kids with us. The waitress did take some items off after seeing how bad the food looked but our bill was still very pricey for bad service and awful food.

We ended up here on a whim while taking a walk. Our server Ashley had great energy- personable and easy going with a great sense of humor. Our appetizer was great, lots of flavor. My burger was fantastic and my partner really enjoyed his sandwich and French onion soup. A really enjoyable night out, we're glad we gave it a try!
