Best Indian food in Ithaca. We've eaten here many, many times - dine-in, take-out, delivery. Just be warned: the prep can be a bit slow. But worth the wait.

Had the shrimp curry (medium) and the gulab jamun. Both were delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly and prompt.
If I had any complaints, I wish the gulab jamun had a bigger portion size. They only give you two balls. I would have gladly eaten much more of it. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Ordered online and was told immediately that food would be 45 late. Which was ok. Over 2 hours later, multiple texts, trying to call the restaurant but their phone number doesn’t work, I was told my food was being packaged and would be there 15 minutes. Another 45 minutes later I got another text saying they are trying to find my address. No offer for a credit or discount. Food over 2 hours later and the order was not correct. Can’t call the restaurant back because again the phone number doesn’t work. Do not do delivery. Only eat in. And food was mid at best.

Frequent times I've gone to pick up a delivery when it was supposed to be ready, and they then have me wait an excessive amount of time, when it was marked ready to be picked up... Expect a long wait

I have been several times, and have really enjoyed each experience. Now Sangam is in my restaurant rotation because of the home-feeling I get there. The staff accommodated my needs with so much hospitality, kindness and care-I am really hard to feed because of my dietary restrictions. The food was delicious.

The food here is authentic and amazing. The owners have been serving delicious exotic Indian food for over 40 years. They are wonderful people and their food is amazing!!! You must try this gem!
I rarely leave good reviews, but this indian cuisine is amazing! The price, taste, amount were all far above my expectations, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. I am going to visit this place tomorrow before I go back to S. Korea.

My family and I have enjoyed Sangam’s food for years. We love Indian food and have eaten at many Indian restaurants in our travels but we always agree that Sangam’s rice and their sag paneer (among other dishes) are the very best anywhere. Great place and people.
