We had Silo food truck at our wedding and all of our guests raved about the food! Seriously, it was delicious. They were as accommodating as possible with our guests' various dietary needs, super communicative, and extremely reasonably priced. And the folks on the truck were super friendly! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I’ve been eating Silo for years and I still slap the table when I take my first bites. It is that good! Always get the glutinous to the Maximus and sub for chickies with extra truck gravy. It leaves me so full and so happy!

Crispy, flavor-packed bird that came with “Truck Gravy” so good I briefly considered using it as skincare. The strawberry lemonade was fizzy which isnt my thing—but that’s a me problem. Ate it at their mobile bar like a civilized human. The owner? Cool as hell. I’d follow this truck like it owes me money.

I have a story, but with start with the food: fantastic chicken. ultra crispy, the curry is mind blowing. I don't even like corn bread and I want to eat a full pan of theirs.
My story reflects on the people and service side...I'm from Buffalo and my family travels to Ithaca a lot for vet care from Cornell. Most trips are day trips where we would always miss being to try Silo Food Truck. It's within a very unfortunate situation we had to remain in the area for days after our dog Abbey had a terrible accident and was quilled by a porcupine. At the time, she was fighting for her life in the ICU, had a few major surgeries and was touch and go. my family was deflated. That's when we were able to finally come in to try your food and through a little kindly conversation you guys learned about our devastation. You knew we were flat out broken and when you brought our food to us you told us this ones for Abbey and paid for our entire meal and even gave us a to go bag of extras. This happened in the fall of 2023 and my family to this day recalls the compassion you showed my family. You helped us when we needed it most. We lost our baby girl that week. Her story isn't defined by only the desperate horror or dreadful sorrow. You're apart of her story where compassionate strangers reached out and gave a piece of themselves to help during a hard moment. I just read about how you're changing directions in Sept. I'm sad about it in ways that are very personal because to my family, you're not just great food obviously cooked through love, you're a beacon of hope. You are some of the amazing people in this world creating ripples of kindness that can never be undone. Thank you. We're in town Friday and I hope we can tell you all again face to face how you affected my family. We dropped off a thank you card that we were never sure made it to you since it was prior to your hours. cheers to your future and following your hearts.
So glad you’re back after January break. I needed my Silo Chickie fix. It was wonderful as usual and very fast. Love the rice. The new booth seats at Liquid State are nice and comfortable too.

Full disclosure, I’m a vegetarian, so you may discredit my review about a fried chicken food truck business…. But I assure you, the fried tofu and every single side dish they make is phenomenal. Also, it should be noted, that Jesse is one of the most wonderful human beings I’ve encountered in my travels. Completely unaware that he owned a food truck business, he was giving me advice about where to visit, and even other places to eat, in the area during my vacation. Awesome food and friendly experience.
Vegetarian options: The tofu is great, and they don’t aimlessly use meat in their side dishes like many other businesses of the like.

Really good food. Ordering is straight forward and the food arrived quickly. It's really nice that they "deliver" to Liquid State Brewing. Highly recommended. There are also a few vegetarian and vegan options that are just as good as their fried chicken.
