This is a large food hall with plenty of places to sit and eat inside. You order at the counter, and grab a table. I went here with a large-ish group. This place has a some of clearly labeled vegan items; we had two of the types of fried tofu dishes. The food here is not super healthy or gourmet but is more than fine for a quick, filling meal with a bunch of people.

I went to Silo Chicken Truck in Liquid State Brewery recently and ordered 1 lb of chicken, the Silo Mac & Cheese, and the Wizard Green Curry fries. Most fried chicken has a lovely aroma and is flavorful only on the outer crispy skin but the inside has no taste, that is not the case with Silo food truck! I found the chicken to be juicy and flavorful!Also for sauces we got the Honey Mustard, the Gravy (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!), and the Red Pepper Mayo.On to the mac & cheese! I want to preface by saying that I am not the biggest fan of Mac & Cheese in general and I found Silo's to be slightly flavorless. It was a very creamy dish that lacked spices/seasonings. I would skip this and opt for maybe one of the flavored Mac & Cheeses (but you're not missing too much if you skip this entirely).The Wizard Green Curry Fries were also pretty mediocre to me. I thought the "coconut curry" sauce tasted nothing like green coconut curry. It mores tasted like a tamarind chutney that you might get at an Indian restaurant. I love green curry so these greatly disappointed me. I feel like if I were to come again, I would get the plain fries or the Disco Fries. The fries themselves were salty, thin, and delicious!The vibes in Liquid State/Silo were really good and fun; would not make a big deal out of coming back but I enjoyed the experience!

So delicious! Chicken sandwiches were amazing. Corn bread and fries were also tasty! Ordering is a bit odd as you have to do everything on your phone and from inside the brewery. Board games available inside if you want to play after eating!
Ever time we come to Ithaca, I want to go to Silo.Fresh cut fries, juicy and flavorful chicken, zesty slaw! Plus, I like we can get a beer and they deliver you food to your table. Super friendly staff. Keep up the good eats and great service! You have a friend from Pennsylvania!

Food: phenomenal, warm, flavorful, the chicken is perfectly crispy but yet soft and juicy and tender on the inside. I love their corn bread! Omg i could have eaten 5! I love how you get to pick your sauce! Service: quick and friendly staff!

I am shocked at the positive reviews. Maybe they had an off night, but all around the food was terrible. The fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like old oil. The Mac and cheese was well below average - cold, incredibly al dente, and lumpy. The worst was the chicken. We got both sandwiches which were again cold and the skin separated from the meat. I don’t think I’ve had a worse meal in recent memory.

Stopped for some Silo Fried Chicken this evening and everything was absolutely amazing!! The service was fantastic, friendly and accommodating of my husband’s special request. The food came out quickly and was hot, fresh and so delicious!! You can’t go wrong no matter what you choose but we highly recommend the Telekinetic and Glutenous to the Maximus. And if you get the french fries the red pepper mayo dipping sauce is the bomb!!
Stopped at a local market and everyone was getting Silo's food! So I had to try! Got Mac and cheese and 2 drumsticks. Came with pickled onions and gravy on the side. I got it to go, si it sat for about 20 minutes. But it was delicious! The chicken was juicy, the Mac and cheese was perfect. I even liked the pickled onions! I am glad the gravy was on the side. I tasted it first and found it way too salty for me. But every else was great!!!

Had higher hopes for this place. The chicken was decent. Tender. Thai sauce was good, but the fries were HARD rock hard old fries. Same with the chicken sandwich bun, was like a crouton. Would give it another shot but the fries seem like they are a week old and keep getting reheated. Mac and cheese was good.

We ordered from Silo while visiting the liquid state brewing co one evening. We ordered at the table through our phones (service wasn't great so this was a slow process) and the food came quickly. I ordered the gluten'ous' to the Maximus which came with Mac n cheese and also got fries on the side. I didn't care for the chicken much to be honest. It wasn't even really hot when I started eating it. The Mac n cheese was pretty good but also had crunchy spots in it as if the pasta wasn't cooked or was just old. We also got fries and they were really good. As someone who loves fried chicken, fries, and Mac n cheese I was a little disappointed with my experience here.
