🍷 Perfect Pre-Flight Wine Tasting with Chelsea! 🍷 Yesterday we stopped at Six Mile Creek Vineyard before our hot air balloon ride — and wow, what a perfect way to start the evening!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. The highlight of our visit was Chelsea, who guided us through the tasting with such warmth and deep knowledge of the wines. She took the time to explain each selection, offered great recommendations based on our tastes, and made the entire experience feel personal and relaxed.
We tried a lovely mix of reds, whites, and even some local specialties we’d never had before — and walked away with a few new favorites (and a couple bottles to bring home!).
Thank you, Chelsea and the Six Mile team, for such a fun and memorable experience. A must-visit spot in Ithaca, especially if you’re looking to enjoy great wine and even better vibes.

Some friends and I did a tasting with Dan. He was super funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff seemed just as nice too. Wine was delicious, and they seemed to have something for everyone. Wonderful atmosphere with beautiful views as well.

Six Mile Creek Vineyard is a hidden gem, especially in the winter. The snowy landscape adds a peaceful charm to the scenic vineyard, making it the perfect spot for a cozy wine tasting. Sipping a glass of their signature wine while overlooking the wintery hills is an amazing experience

Had an awesome wine and spirit tasting for a very reasonable price! We were also very happy that our dog was welcomed inside, given water, toys, and a treat. If it wasn't for the snow, we would have loved to stay and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony!
