If you want to get some authentic casual Korean food in college town (maybe even the entire Ithaca) you have to come to here. The Korean owner is super friendly, their food is delicious and big in portion, very reasonably priced too.

Really rude old guy that works at the front is so unprofessional. He kept asking why I wanted no veggie in my kimbap and I told him it’s for a child. When the food was done he asked me how many chop sticks and I told him two. He’s like “since when do babies use chop sticks” like what??? Every time I came here in the past, they would give us a small cup of miso soup. I asked for the miso soup and he said no. His tone,body language, and the way he treated me is why I will not be coming back. He made many dumb comments too.
I asked if they had avocado in the kimbab and he’s like “do we look Japanese?” Since when is asking for avocado a Japanese thing?! And then told me to go to another restaurant for avocado. Shame on this man. Don’t waste your money here.

Cute, reliable korean spot in Collegetown. Came in craving the spicy tuna kimbap (great value and just delicious), but ended up with a tofu soup. Warm & comforting. For some reason the rice wasn’t my favorite this time but that might be a personal thing.
Overall great cozy vibes, owner seems sweet too.

Squid fried rice is delicious. The ingredients for all dishes are very generous. I felt like I just ate plain rice. The other foods tasted okay.
I went there expecting tteokbokki, but the tteokbokki was all dry. It was the worst tteokbokki I've ever had in my life.

This is one of the few restaurants in Collegetown that offer tasty, nutritious, affordable and clean Asian food that makes me feel good not only during the meal but also the next day. I am running a trail race tomorrow morning, and I chose to come here for dinner because I knew I would leave with my taste buds and muscles satisfied. Also, the Korean lady that owns the place is always so warm! Highly recommend Gam Ja Tang (pork bone soup with rice)!

I love this place! I usually get their kimbap which is really good and pretty cheap ($7-$8). I also like how they have every Korean dish I love (Budae stew, Dduk mandoo, Ddukboki, etc)! They have a large picture menu at the front so it’s easy to know what you’re getting.The lady was also really sweet! We came before opening and she served us kimbap anyways!There is a lot of seating in the restaurant as well and the interior is clean, so it’s a nice place to hang and do work. They also have outdoor seating as well (probably just for the summer I presume).Also cash fyi: Credit card minimum is $10 so if you’re just ordering 1 roll make sure to bring cash.In general this place is pretty cheap so it’s a great option to get Korean food for lunch or on the go

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The food tastes amazingly delicious, the service was excellent, and the environment is great! Probably a bit overcrowded but it’s amazing! Reminds me of home. I love this! Nothing to complain actually, 100% recommended!
