This place is beautiful. Go for the cider, beer, wine, music. We had a salad with little dressing and alot of greens packed in a tiny bowl. Just ok. Not sure if we'll eat here again.

We tried several of the ciders before settling on a favorite. Server friendly, helpful and answered our questions regarding the cider. Lovely outside seating. We will be back.

The snacks and appetizers could've been of better quality and presentation.Surprised that the olives looked like they came from a jar instead of ones from a local market or deli. We weren't even offered toothpicks or table bamboo skewers to use for eating olives. Wegman's grocery store has better choice foods and presentation on their charcuterie boards to pair snacks with their ciders.

South Hill cider is fine if you like very dry ciders. barely any semi-sweet ones much less than sweet. if you want a flight they are preset. and much more expensive than other places. food isn't offered at lunch but we didn't know that till we got there. the menu for dinner sounded fantastic but we didn't stay long enough.
The building is both rustic yet modernish, very cool. plenty of outdoor seating and sun sails overhead all over the place and very pretty.

Delicious cider and fantastic music in a beautiful hillside setting. Great in late Summer and Fall.

Great cider as always! I enjoyed the Baldwin, Prelude and Goldwin during this visit. The flowers are in season too.

Gorgeous location and, in theory, a great vibe — but the reality is a letdown. The cider is overpriced and I seriously question the ABV; it drinks weaker than claimed. Food is wildly overpriced for what you get: poor presentation and no flavor to justify the cost. I came looking forward to an enjoyable night at the cidery, but it turns out it’s a music venue with a mandatory cover — loud, in-your-face, and no reprieve if it’s not your style. Service is the worst part — unfriendly, plenty of attitude, and then you’re asked to tip on that. Save your time and money; there are plenty of places where you’ll get quality, value, and be treated well.

Jazz music on a Monday night?! Truly delightful evening on the patio. Friendly patrons who made us visitors feel welcome! A lovely gem close to town and camping! Very good cider and excellent cheeseboard pairings.

The live music was really good. It's an outdoor venue with picnic tables, or you can throw out your beach blanket. The cider was very good.

It's a Cider tasting room with lots of indoor and outdoor space and music many nights. Sunset view can't be exceeded. Staff are friendly and helpful. Menu is short but you can find something you'll like. We had a charcuterie board and will try the quinoa bowl. Pastrami sandwich sounded good.
