As a former 3+ yr SB partner, I try to give stores a break. I know how hard it can be and how awful customers can be. But the service I received tonight was the worst SB experience I’ve ever had.We waited in line for 20 minutes with only one car ahead of us and that car only ordered two frapps. When we finally got to the window (we mobile ordered one drink) my drink sat at the DT counter for 6 minutes. No one even came to the window to help. They were doing their closing tasks instead of helping customers. Three separate employees walked by the window, one even put in an order while my drink sat there, then walked off. My boyfriend finally just pulled around and went inside to grab it. We would’ve left but I had already paid on the app. The manager was there and only apologized. Both me and the car ahead of us had to wait a completely absurd amount of time for our orders. It was 8pm on a Sunday night. Cafe was empty and when we went inside, there were 4 employees. There was no reason or excuse for waiting as long as we did. The fact that the manager was on duty and still let customers be handled with this level of neglect, is shocking. I remember when window times exceeding 2 minutes was considered unreasonable. This store and it’s management seems to not care. Idk if because it’s a union store and they just don’t care because now there’s a middle man between them and SB corporate so the standards aren’t being up held? But there’s something distinctly different, and not in a good way, about how the employees at this store handle customer service. I’m really sad that this store is one of the stores representing what a unionized store looks like. It doesn’t show well for the movement. I’ll be contacting corporate after this because wow. I’ve never had this level of bad service anywhere, let alone a Starbucks.

Took 16 minutes to make a hot standard drink. That's insane! Drive thru is the main priority here. Even gave a tip before hand. Never giving a tip here again and not so sure I'll go here again either. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time took about 15 minutes for the same standard drink. Do better.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. 10 employees standing around, and it took 25 minutes to get 1 drink and a microwaved breakfast burrito. So rude.

Waited 25 minutes, while lobby was almost empty, for my beverage, made incorrectly. Meanwhile watching cars stream out of the drive through, and mobile orders stack up for people who weren't there. This is the worst, and slowest place in Ithaca for a drink. If you can't staff your place, close it.

Typical Starbucks. The service was the best part. Very clean as well. Drink was good. Delicious on a hot summer day. Overall I think Starbucks are okay, but as far as if you're going to come to one, this is a good one.

My coffees are always made in a decent amount of time and taste as good as I would expect them. But... that boarded up window has been there for quite a while and it just bothers me... What's the deal?

There were no customers in the establishment, except my son and I. First the lady attendant was annoyed when he asked to look over the menu. He ordered a large iced coffee. It took over twenty minutes to be served. When I asked the server if there were a problem, she responded, were busy and short on staff. One other worker was busy making drinks and she doing nothing, but being rude. Only after I sort of complained about there being a problem did she make his drink. If Starbucks hires people who are rude and lazy then I will never go to Starbucks again.

Restaurant area closed on Sunday morning at 11:30. Only drive thru open and moved SOOOO SLOOOOOWLY!!

The best coffee around... The staff and like do not open their doors to the public complaining about staff shortages bringing in the skeleton crew of three women in the early mornings and the only serving the drive-thru so don't get out of your car. It says they are open right now here on maps but they are not open they are completely closed and it's 6:45 a.m. when America runs on coffee certainly isn't going to be dunkin is it?

Super rude and intentionally slow. I've been there every weekday since they opened. It's gotten much much worse the last couple of months. A few good workers, but the bad apples spoil the bunch. Avoid this place for now.
