Becca at this location is the epitome of excellent customer service. She understands the difference of hospitality over service and that alone sets this establishment above all others in Ithaca because finding that type of service is very difficult. I came in with my son after spending the afternoon at UR and spending 4.5 hours in a car to order a chicken salad sub only to find out it was discontinued. Not knowing how exhausting our day was both physically and mentally instead of just telling us the item was no longer available she offered to make it by hand for my son. She not only made my son's entire day exponentially better but her kindness and compassion for the people she comes in contact with as a mother brought tears to my eyes and warmed my heart.

Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of product that was used to make our subs. We have gone to other subways and didn't get well made subs like this place. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
My daughter and I entered around 4:50pm to order a footlong baja chicken sub. Sierra was the only employee working. She immediately greeted us and let us know that she has 3 subs to make ahead of us. We patiently waited and the cashout was around 5:40pm. Her level of patience, and accuracy of my sub was nothing short of amazing. She maintained a positive attitude as more customers walked in and to-go orders were printing non-stop. Give this girl a raise. Sierra, the sub was delicious, thank you.

Food is as expected from subway. But tables are absolutely disgusting. Bird poop and days of grime and food debris on tables and chairs. Would think this would be part of regular maintenance of team. Pretty gross. Hope that is helpful feedback.
