The pregnant woman behind the counter was incredibly rude. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or if she was upset because we interrupted her smoke break when we came to pick up our order, but her hostile attitude towards us was not necessary. I understand not enjoying your job, but taking it out on customers by snapping a them and yelling is uncalled for. The food was fine, but it was hard to enjoy after being spoken to in that way.

Truly awful, always an extremely long wait so I started only ordering ahead which is rarely ready on time. There’s only ever one employee working at a time. Go to the one in the mall instead where the service is better and you aren’t treated like garbage, it’s worth the extra few minutes of finding a parking spot and walking through the mall.

I’m a bit picky about my sandwiches I love the Philly cheese but I can’t stand raw veggies. John was on duty and was amazing about working with me and getting the sandwich right. He did have to do a remake but he did it well and I absolutely recommend this store and this young man to make the sandwiches ?

Usually my go to location, but today I went and waiting at the counter for over 10 mins only for no one to come help, I said hello a few times, no answer. When I walked towards the register, I saw a guy just hanging out with this employee... like they totally didn't hear anything or want to help. Terrible service & probably shouldn't let non-employees in street clothes hang out in the back.

I was at the mall with my black friends. It was 5pm. I asked if they’re open and that i’m ready to order. The woman told me no theyre about to close. I then go get food somewhere else and I come back and she’s serving one person. I asked her again weren’t they closed and she said the man she served always comes for vegetables. I said ok. I saw again another pile of customers being served. I then realized she was just being rude and probably racist since she was serving white people only. They didn’t close till 9pm.

Just got a sub and it’s literal trash. Can’t even eat it. Bun is WET, not soggy, WET. Half of it fell out of the bun when I opened the wrapper. Idk if that’s because she put so much mayo on it or because none of the toppings were even secured in bun to begin with. Tuna is old and she didn’t even spread it. Tomatoes are old. I only even went here because I have coupons but upon walking in the door they weren’t even accepting them.GARBAGE.

I prefer the Ithaca Mall subway to this one any day. The lady working there is rude and it is incredibly unsanitary. We watched the lady prepare someones sandwich with meat in it and use the same gloves on our sandwiches (I cannot have meat due to religious restrictions). She continued to wear these gloves to press buttons on the toaster and touch handles and kitchen equipment.
