We have tried this Taco Bell twice now and both times we waited over 30 mins for our food. First time over 45 mins. We love Taco Bell and we are super disappointed that we had to wait this long. Drive through wasn’t moving for over five minutes while we were waiting too (we were eating in).

Very slow service Ithaca Taco Bell stood waiting for an hour that’s not ok. The workers move so slow . The Taco Bell up near Ithaca mall is so much better than the one downtown Ithaca and my food was made wrong

This Taco Bell is the best. They've never messed up my order, even when I've asked to add or remove things, and they are always super nice and friendly overall. Service is quick, and they keep the line moving right along, unlike McD's on Elmira Rd. 10/10
