Placed a door dash order a couple weeks ago, ordered at 5:05pm and my order didn't arrive until til 8pm! Ice cold food. Thank you to my air fryer. Felt bad the dasher had to wait in a drive through line for over an hour! Unacceptable. Then I attempted to grab something for lunch around 1:45 on a Monday, sat in a line for almost 10 minutes with zero movement with at least 6 cars who haven't made it to the order yet. I got out of line and left. Do better.

Currently sitting in the lobby where some guy with a rude attitude comes out and announces that “dine in is being prioritized” while all 15 of us waiting are all pickups. Absolutely awful service. This food better be sprinkled in gold after this wait.

Went for breakfast. The employees were so pleasant, the bacon Crunchwrap is BANGING, and it was very quick. We didn’t wait more than a minute or two for our food. Would definitely keep going for breakfast.

How this management group was able to get another franchise approved is beyond me. It's not like their other location wasn't struggling enough to uphold Taco Bell policies, this one can't do it either. I placed a large order for in store pickup, to make sure they had plenty of time to make it all as by the time I'd be arriving I'd need to leave quickly. Instead when I get there 30+ minutes after the order is placed, the doors are locked, even though their dine in hours state they are open for another 3 hours. they say I have to go through the drive through which is severely backed up and it took over 15 minutes just to get to the ordering speaker where they said they'll work on it when I get to the window which will take at least another 30+ minutes. Not only to the workers not care, neither does this ownership group. They don't follow any of the standards created by Taco Bell that Franchisees have to follow, and it seems that Taco Bell refuses to give them any consequences for it. Ownership groups like these are killing the reputations of brands

Placed an order on the kiosk at 5:08 pm at 5:46 pm 38 minutes later I finally got my food. This place is RIDICULOUS!!! I had 2 employees asked if I have been helped ahhhhhh YES WAITING ON MY ORDER!!!!!!! People came in and ordered on kiosk sat down and ate their meals and left RIDICULOUS before I even got my TO GO ORDER!!! Lady came in and complained while I was standing there waiting and for her replacement food no problem even before they started my order then she came back in 2 more times. Geez they can’t get anything right. I would rather have gotten my money back. By the time I got home my family had to wait until after 6pm to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to eat. My first experience when walking into the franchise I fell because the floor was slippery. As the saying goes 3 times a charm. Should be 3 strikes your out. There won’t be a 3rd time. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment in Ithaca NY on Triphammer road TO ANYONE!!

Had an hour for lunch from work. Left work @ 2:30 and got there, order placed, texted receipt at 2:38. Waited inside at the counter for 35 minutes for my lunch. Got it at 3:13. Had 7 minutes to eat. Over a half an hour to place an order that fed 1 person. Too long..
Refused to take my order unless I ordered through the app. App refused to work. Had to order through door dash. Terrible service. Don’t come here.

They allegedly open at 7am, I ordered pickup at 7:45ish and showed up at 8 to pickup my order and there’s no one here.
The lights are on, the drive thru is on, but there’s just no staff and my order charged when there’s no way to get service.

Worst Taco Bell on the entire planet. Ordered though mobile app got there told them the name on the order and still waited 30plus minutes. Then when I asked who was In charge the employee acting like it was my fault cause the food was sitting behind counter ready i don’t work there how am i supposed to know that was my order?!
