Been there so many times, but had a really disappointing experience today. The girl at the counter spoke in a strange, slurred tone in English that was hard to understand. When I asked her to repeat, she let out a sigh and suddenly switched to Chinese, without asking if I needed it. That shift felt more like she was brushing me off than trying to help.
But her Chinese wasn’t any clearer. She spoke so fast and blurred the words together. I’m a native Chinese speaker, and I still couldn’t make out what she was saying. It honestly felt like she was doing it on purpose, maybe to make me question my own language skills
When I asked again, she cut me off with “never mind” and WAVED me away. It was so rude and unprofessional.
No one deserves to be treated like that. And based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one. I hope the management takes this seriously 🙃

Worst customer service. The girls behind the register are consistently rude and based on other reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue. On top of that, the last time I ordered a Thai tea bubble tea, I couldn’t even drink it because there were pieces of tea leaves floating in it. I had to spit them out with every sip. Really disappointing.

She always remembers my order and has it ready the moment I step up to the counter—it’s like she reads my mind! On top of that, she checks in to make sure everything is perfect, which really shows how much she cares about the experience.
What I love most is that she knows when I’m in the mood to try something different and always suggests amazing new dishes or specials I might have missed. Her recommendations never disappoint! I go here regularly. I really like this place and I like their food. But in the last year, the servings have continually gotten smaller. In the past whenever I order a rice bowl it is full to the brim with various toppings. At this point when I go it’s only half full.
If I go to other tai chi locations, such as the new one in Watkins Glen, it is overflowing and full, just as it used to be here.
The decor has also been getting more and more shotty and less well kept up.
I feel like this particular location is cutting corners and sacrificing what they used to provide loyal customers

This was not a bad spot, the food was alright but the girl behind the register was a bit dismissive. I often forget how unpleasant it can be interacting with people in these small franchises. The other location I went to, in Vestal, had a working kiosk of a different brand, where I could see and read what all the different items and options were. It makes it easier to understand exactly what it will look like to decide if that’s what you wanted and then it sends the order in. The cashier was rude when we were ordering a salad bowl and wanted to add rice. Many poke bowl places allow you to do half and half or mix it in someway. She didn’t seem aware of that and had an attitude and told us to just pick one. The food we got was tasty but I could’ve done without the attitude. In fact, had you utilized kiosks that worked, you could’ve saved money by not having her working there at all.

My first review was nice two months before. But yesterday’s Ramen was not good, shrimp 🍤 was only 4, and overall taste was not good. Moreover, loud conversations/disagreement between staffs were very uncomfortable. 😕
Review before two months: Had chicken dumplings and their Taichi 🧋. Both were ok. The sauce with dumplings were too spicy, peppery for me! I missed the Helsinki’s Zhao tea’s Rice mochi 🧋 with tea 😌, hope you will consider (if possible to add). Thanks!

The bubble tea cup was filled with 2/3 ice, and there were only a few tapioca pearls. It felt like I paid over $7 just for a cup of ice. Would never shop there again.

Honestly I love this place but it’s the second time I go and they give me a drink with a small portion of sweet potato, I feel like I ordered plain milk with sweet potato topping. Besides the whole drink being just milk I also ordered pudding topping…. Don’t see it. I’m honestly disappointed with this being the second time it happens.

I can't say enough about this place! My wife and I frequent this place quite regularly. I was always getting the pokemazing. But the other day I decided to try the spicy tomkotsu (idk how it's spelled) ramen with beef, and I'll never order anything else again! It was sooooo amazing! And the bubble teas are great! I just discovered the milk crushes too and I got a banana milk crush that was practically out of this world! Me and my wife are going to be moving soon and we were so sad that we were going to be far away from our favorite bubble tea place in all of NY. But I just found out that a brand new Taichi bubble tea location just opened within 5 minutes of the new house. You can't begin to describe how amazed I am at that. The Lord works in mysterious ways and He made sure my favorite spot to eat with my wife has stayed in my life! God bless Him, and God bless all the wonderful people who work so hard to make the world a better place one tasty meal and drink at a time!
