My first review was nice two months before. But yesterday’s Ramen was not good, shrimp 🍤 was only 4, and overall taste was not good. Moreover, loud conversations/disagreement between staffs were very uncomfortable. 😕
Review before two months: Had chicken dumplings and their Taichi 🧋. Both were ok. The sauce with dumplings were too spicy, peppery for me! I missed the Helsinki’s Zhao tea’s Rice mochi 🧋 with tea 😌, hope you will consider (if possible to add). Thanks!

The bubble tea cup was filled with 2/3 ice, and there were only a few tapioca pearls. It felt like I paid over $7 just for a cup of ice. Would never shop there again.

Honestly I love this place but it’s the second time I go and they give me a drink with a small portion of sweet potato, I feel like I ordered plain milk with sweet potato topping. Besides the whole drink being just milk I also ordered pudding topping…. Don’t see it. I’m honestly disappointed with this being the second time it happens.

I can't say enough about this place! My wife and I frequent this place quite regularly. I was always getting the pokemazing. But the other day I decided to try the spicy tomkotsu (idk how it's spelled) ramen with beef, and I'll never order anything else again! It was sooooo amazing! And the bubble teas are great! I just discovered the milk crushes too and I got a banana milk crush that was practically out of this world! Me and my wife are going to be moving soon and we were so sad that we were going to be far away from our favorite bubble tea place in all of NY. But I just found out that a brand new Taichi bubble tea location just opened within 5 minutes of the new house. You can't begin to describe how amazed I am at that. The Lord works in mysterious ways and He made sure my favorite spot to eat with my wife has stayed in my life! God bless Him, and God bless all the wonderful people who work so hard to make the world a better place one tasty meal and drink at a time!

Horrible staff that can’t be bothered. I ordered online and was ignored for 10 minutes. I finally got the attention of a worker and said who I was there for and she handed me the bag- it was ready THE WHOLE TIME. I suggest dine-in only .. those are the only people who they’ll acknowledge

Pretty okay bubble tea, tried thtee flavors. My friends pudding tea was absolutely disgusting but the jasmine and the taro were good.
The food had absolutely no flavor, nor did the brown sugar Zang Zang. What a waste of money. The little sitting area with the steps was absolutely disgusting, it needs to be cleaned.

Great bubble tea cafe with lots of food options! It's nice to see a place that has plenty of relaxing seating options and sections. The bubble teas were goid and we had their poke bowls which was also good.
