I'm literally so over this location... They mess up orders consistently, and absolutely refuse to fix your order...you have to sit there and fight them. In general the service is lacking, also the quality of the food has gone down since open in general.

I've been here a few times and the boba tea is amazing, but their ramen is top notch. I asked the staff what I should try for my second time getting ramen here, and the spicy miso ramen with pork was delicious!

I was informed that ramen was no longer available for the evening and only teriyaki rice box was available by the person taking my order. Only to find out that the poke station was available all along by another employee. I even tried to get the attention of someone who appeared to be the manager twice and was ignored. Very disappointing.

Had rice bowls which the food was pretty good but it took a half hour to prepare and the girls up front with the tea area were basically just fooling around as there were very few people there. The cost was nuts too at $43.00 for two rice bowls, two sparkling waters and a tip. Won't be going back. I didn't like the vibe at all.
