I had my first-ever Texas Roadhouse experience in Ithaca, and it did not disappoint! Since we don’t have them in Canada, I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I mentioned it to one of the managers and our server, they surprised me with a sample of four sides: mac and cheese, chili, mashed potatoes, and seasoned corn. Every single one was delicious!
The highlight, though, was receiving a Texas Roadhouse goodie bag with their signature peanuts and famous rib rub seasoning—what a thoughtful touch! I ordered the ribeye and a Caesar salad, and both were fantastic. Truly glad I got to experience Texas Roadhouse here—it exceeded all expectations!

Eating here with my family was an incredible experience! Shoutout to our server Destiney the general manager for taking such good care of us. Vibes were immaculate. The food and drinks were incredible. I felt like i was at home.

My husband and I were in town and decided to go here last minute. There wasn’t a wait and they were very accommodating to my toddler. My husband said his steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare). The staff were very friendly. Checked on us often, but not too much. Overall a great meal and experience.

Even though the service feels scripted, it's usually pretty good. It's the food that needs to chill in the salt. I'm down for flavor any day. OVERSALTED is not a flavor I'm interested in. I wish they would change up their menu beyond oil and salt. They've become the TEMU Outback Steakhouse.

Food was mediocre steak overcooked Mac and cheese cold, sweet potato and butter rolls delicious. Splurged with a seasonal alcoholic beverage it was delicious. Our waiter and the hostess were both friendly and helpful. Music in dining room is loud but I guess that's the atmosphere. My family enjoyed their meals with no complaints.

Texas Roadhouse has always been my favorite place for a good steak and great service, especially here in Ithaca. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. The steak I ordered was by far the worst I’ve ever had, lacking the flavor I’ve come to expect. I truly hope this was just an off night, because I’ve always loved this place and want to keep coming back for the quality I know they can deliver.

All the servers our party had were really welcoming and charming. Great and consistent hospitality. Our booth was tucked away in a corner, and the warm atmosphere was really a good conversation boost, at least in my opinion. I left feeling very full but no doubt I’ll probably come back in the future.
