They deserve higher than 4.0, seriously. Ultra friendly wait staff, quality food, reasonable serve time for dishes and drinks, what else do people want? Too many reviewers are 1-star happy over nothing. Come in and leave impressed!

Ordered food through DoorDash and ended up having an issue receiving my order. The people at Thai Basil were soooo accommodating and helpful in making sure I got a new order. The food ended up being delicious, too!

Horribly slow, rude staff, I’ve never gone somewhere that tells customers who wish to order “are you sure you want to order because it’s going to be a while” never heard of a business that willfully pushes away customers so easily. Oh, and only 2 tables were sat at the entire place during this “rush”.

My husband and I ordered the Thai basil fried rice and Thai Green curry. The fried rice was okay but the thai green curry was watery without any flavor and with bland vegetables and boiled chicken . It was nowhere close to anything a thai green curry could offer . The green curry is a scam for the price !!! We did call up the server and expressed concerns and he said its made that way !! They gave us a discount in the check for the green curry because we expressed extreme displeasure and that felt like a good gesture but this place is somewhere I would never recommend for thai food in the area.

Authentic Thai food!!! Love this place! Had lobster pad Thai, wonderful!!! Iced chai tea, sticky rice with mango. All served hot, fresh and with a smile. Place is clean every intimate. The chief came out and bowed and spoke to us. Truly a hidden gem.
