They served us cold fried scallops. When asked to remedy this, the path chosen was microwaving the whole plate and bringing it back
We have come here for many years for special occasions such as Mother and Fathers day as well as several of our wedding anniversaries .The last time we were there (12/6/25) however we were disappointed. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with my brother and sister-in-law. Both the girls upfront and our server knew it was a special celebration but the owner/manager never came over to congratulate us. Our server was an absolute gentleman but there was an issue with the fisher mans platters.. they were soggy. We just wish there was some sort of recognition on the part of management for the occasion. If they had been busy we may have understood but it was fairly quiet. We hesitated on giving this review because of the good times we've had prior. Sorry Boat Yard but Saturday was a disappointment.

This place should ashamed. First make my husband and daughter move to another table after 15-20 min. Then you move them to another table where they received no service as the manager who moved them the first time, just kept walking by them. After a long while, I’m so glad they got up and left. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

We had a great experience at The Boatyard Grill!!! We did not make a reservation and we were quickly seated. The server was kind and attentive. She came just enough times to make sure we were okay. We ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll, and made a combination of the Maker's Mark Sirloin and the Campfire Ribeye dish. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were more than enought to feed my husband and I. The prices were affordable for the meal that was served.
We enjoyed our trip and would definitely come back, if we are ever in town again.

This place gets very busy on weekends, so expect a bit of a wait. Our server was friendly and attentive, which made the experience pleasant. The food was good — not quite spectacular, but satisfying overall. The portions are enormous, and the prices are very reasonable, which makes it a great value for the money. If you’re looking for generous servings and a solid meal without breaking the bank, this is definitely the spot. But if you’re after fine dining or gourmet flavors, it might not be the best choice.

Ordered the Ribeye medium. Best steak I've had in the area. To be honest beat steak I've had in the finger lakes so far. The setting is a bonus. The music is a unexpected treat as well!

Great atmosphere; fantastic service; food was very mid: fish was fine but nothing special. The egg rolls were not good. Beet salad was overdressed and under beeted. Pasta was not al dente.

Great atmosphere and good service, but the food was awful. I had a filet mignon - cooked with far too much garlic. The mushrooms were cold and stale; for all I know they were cooked the day before. Just awful. On the plus side, the desert (lava cake) was delicious.

Would recommend incorporating a stop here into your plans to visit the area. The food was excellent, atmosphere was great with a beautiful view of the water, and the service was also exceptional. Our waiter, Mark F. was courteous and professional and did a fantastic job!

Came with a group, the appetizer game here is strong. All the ones we had were tasty choices. The ribeye plate was spectacular, cooked to perfection with great slides. The potatoes were crispy but soft, the vegetables were seasoned perfectly, and you get a whole head of roasted garlic too. The location is a huge appeal to this restaurant, making it an even nicer dining experience. Worth a try if you want a dinner on the water.

Darn. Hoping for some great food. Not great, especially for the price. All included with appetizer and tip - about $55 per person. I’ve had much more delicious food - it could be a lot better.
