The Statler Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff at the check-in desk were very nice and helped us with the check-in and check-out process. They also helped us pick up our wedding decor the day after our event. The Ballroom is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean and spacious! Lovely hotel with very attentive (largely student) staff. Very helpful and courteous. Rooms were lovely and a good size. Would very much recommend, especially if you have business at the university. Free shuttle service to the airport was a nice touch too.
