Had the good fortune to visit this newer Restaurant recently, because the word of mouth was so good! I had the Noble bits which I ordered with all of the homemade house sauces. They were out of this world delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the crispy crust is gluten free!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust on the chicken.

Wow. This fried chicken hits differently than those around, and has its own distinct style not like what you normally find around, for a price that is insanely good. The care they take in preparing their sandwiches is amazing, and have great selection of different sauces and tastes.Location is nice as well!

Excellent fried chicken sandwiches with some nice sauces.They don’t make the sandwiches excessively elaborate, and I appreciate that. The chicken is tender with a crisp coating and the fries are perfectly seasoned.

I LOVED my food- I got the Umami Bird & regular seasoned fries- AND IT WAS SO GOOD! I’m usually a very picky eater and don’t like sauces/toppings, but the Umami Bird I officially Sensory Sensitivity Safe! Thank you Daniel and Noble Bird!
Wow. This new place is fantastic. Fast casual chicken sandwiches and fries. My $10 meal was a 10/10. The chicken is Extra crispy outside and tender inside with sauces like General Tso and others. The fries have complimentary spice toppings like seaweed/sesame and curry. Chef Dan really cares about the details in the food. He deserves to be supported and succeed.

Noble Bird has THE best fried chicken sandwich in this town: the meat is fried juicy but perfectly crispy outside, with just the right dash of sauce and a layer of delicious pickles. The fries are excellent shoestrings. I had mine with curry powder, and they went along just right with the sandwich. The vibe is chill and clean and let's you focus on your food. A combo with fries and a soda was less than I'd spend at McD's. Come try this place out!
