WTFalafel catered my husbands surprise party (about 45 people). The food was excellent; they grilled all the meat in place and fried the falafel on the spot. The team were very easy to deal with - will definitely reach out again for our next event!

Unprofessional staff, poor service. They cancel pickup order and will tell you only after you go there.

Wow! Finally a good falafel/ hummus place in Ithaca! I was looking for one for many years and I am happy I finally found one. It is very hard to find - since it is inside Ned's pizza (another good Ithaca institution). It is probably a good idea to place your order online before you leave, because the falafel may take some time to be made (we waited 20 mins but we were not in a rush). We had falafel, hummus and baba ganoush. I'd say especially the baba ganoush was excellent, but the hummus is also easily the best in Ithaca. Importantly, the pita is also made fresh and somewhat fluffy, unlike the usual thin out of the bag pitas you often get in the US. I highly recommend this place, I will be coming back here regularly!

Their Sag Harbor location was so good I need to support their other location.

Crispy on the outside and warm and flavorful on the inside !! That’s the kind of falafel you get at WTF. I mean, you can’t go wrong when the bread is made to order and the falafel are made to order and everything is made in house , from scratch , tantalizing your taste buds with bursts of fresh and authentic flavors .
I never thought I would eat falafel with yogurt , but that Greeky Sandwich , with a side of Zaatar fries … and life is soooooooooooooo good 🤤

Worth going for the food. Middle Eastern Food in a tiny pizza place. You have to use the screen at the far end of the counter to order Middle Eastern. There are no signs or menu posted, so you would never know. It was really good.

Just moved to Ithaca and thrilled to find delicious falafel made by very nice people! Sandwiches are awesome, and the homemade pita is great. Will be here regularly - thank you!

I ordered a falafel bowl, for the price of the meal I expected far more food. There were 3 falafel balls on top of mostly iceberg lettuce, a small handful of beans, and a few pieces of pickled onion. Everything was mediocre. Not worth it in my opinion.

Falafel pitas are absolutely superb - fresh, crunchy, tasty, authentic. The best I've had in Ithaca since the Corner's Deli closed. Couldn't figure out where they were - but they're inside Ned's pizza. They'll be opening another location in the new Ned's in Collegetown, and I expect to be a regular there.

Ordered ahead and picked up on time, but my food was cold. It was a little frustrating to wait in line for the pizza place for this pickup order, it would have been nice to just walk in and pick the order up. Seems like they have some kinks to work out in their process, but the food was decent (despite being cold) so I will probably try again.
