The food here is always good. They have the best sauces (including ranch and blue cheese). The staff is wonderful too. Perfect business for a college town, yet still a great place for your family to grab food from as well!! Always a must stop when we are going through Ithaca!!

I’ve been here a ton of times over the years as a delivery person and always had a great experience, but I just visited as a patron for the first time a couple days ago and I couldn’t recommend this place more!
I have been a regular customer at this place and the food is great, but the service has gotten poor and continues to decline. I entered at 11:59 PM and the guy at the counter immediately started yelling, “We are closed,” even though the posted timing is till 12:00 AM, which means orders should be taken until at least 12:00 or 12:01. He claimed the kitchen was closed, but his own kitchen staff tried to convince him to take the order. He clearly refused and then started shouting at all the customers standing there, including me and another group, telling us to get out because they were “closed.” He kept repeating the same thing loudly and aggressively and honestly seemed completely out of control. For the owner’s reference, it was the white guy with the beard at the counter.

Absolutely wicked chicken, yo. Went on a frolicking adventure when I got wings ordered from this spot. The delivery person from the restaurant rightfully had no idea where the entrance for this apartment building I was staying at was since there were like 5-6 entrances. I don't blame them!! I barely knew where it was! I went on an adventure hunting down my wings, going across the apartment building, built on a steep hill, and I ended up watching the sunset next to an old fence on a wooded hill with a guy ripping a bong. Then I ended up slipping in oil (!!!!) and getting a bit lost. It sounds stressful but I had so much fun. I called and talked to the delivery person a few times and they would give me little clues since they didn't know the apartment building that well, either, and it was such an unorthodox fun time. This is more of a review of that apartment building's very poor structure, but the delivery person who brought the food was so nice and fun and made what would otherwise be a stressful situation into a silly story to tell, many of the details omitted for the sake of your sanity and mine. When I finally found the delivered food, at one of the five or six entrances, I sat down then and there and had some of the best chicken I ever had. Absolutely recommend. You may not have an adventure, but the chicken will make you feel like you did regardless cuz it's just that good.
We ordered wings (30, with hot honey, mango habanero, and garlic parmesan) and fries for the family. The food was great! Very delicious, and they generously accommodated our request for one sauce on the side and lots of celery. It cost a little more than I would have expected (my family disagrees), but it was delicious and we'll likely be back again.

sigh the reviews excites me but i’m disappointed, i didn’t even request well done wings and the skin is so hard and tough it’s like biting into a a bone it’s very overcooked i can barely enjoy , the sauce is good but the chicken itself is not seasoned

Chicken can be a bit dry sometimes but is still good. Sauces and rubs are fantastic and Ive never had bad or soggy fries - the lemon pepper are my favorite!
