This lovely restaurant unfortunately closed this spring probably due to Covid. We always enjoyed coming here and it seemed to improve after changing hands a few years ago.

This is a great place in Ithaca, with very delicious food, and often unique twists on traditional items. The pumpkin ravioli was delicious! I’ve come here several times, and the service has always been top notch, even with large groups. The atmosphere is great.

Soooo yummy! Very rich, so you may not have room for dessert, but all delicious.

My gnocchi was very sticky, tho soft.

Good service, friendly staff, phenomenal fresh food, homemade pasta, and generous portions. Don't be fooled from the outside.

Service was great. Food was fantastic!! The Strip steak and Duck was soo good! We even tipped the kitchen staff because we were so blown away! One of our favorite restaurants! ♥️

Outstanding meal! Lobster ravioli and Braised short ribs in Chianti! BOOM! Great service from our waitress, Sean!

A bit over priced for what they have, but they have very good drinks and appetizers. Nice set up good atmosphere as well. Very pretty place.

Great food, they missed the mark on my dish and dessert; the quattro formaggi wasn't al dente and creme brulee was cold, however, prices and flavors were great and the atmosphere worth the experience.

Customer service is terrible. Our dining experience was so disappointing considering the price of our dinner, it should have been first class. Mixed up our orders and after we started to taste them, the waitress picked up the plates and moved them to the right people. Could not get our drinks refilled although the staff was visibly in site, no one came around to see if we needed anything. Even though a complaint was made, no one came by to express any type of apology for the bad service. We were treated as if we should be lucky to have gotten a table there when actually, the place was nowhere near full. This is not the only Italian restaurant in Ithaca, although they act like it.
Food is excellent, always well prepared. Atmosphere is cozy but not stuffy. Great for a special occasion, business dinner.

We went to ZaZa's during the holidays while visiting friends in Ithaca. The food was terrific and the service very accommodating. And a big plus in their favor was that they were very responsive when I realized I had left my winter hat and gloves there after my meal. Their cooperation and communication was wonderful.

Nice big dining area. Holds many people, so never feels crowded. Food and cocktails are really good.

Firstly, the staff is very friendly. The place is decorated nicely. My 12 y/o and me had a great time. The food was great! I recommend the truffle fries as an appetizer!
