I rarely ever eat fast food outside of a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. Usually after breakfast I'm just picking it up through a drive through for someone else. It's even more rare that I dine in for fast food, but I will at a few Arby's including this location. I love that I can get a hot roast beef sandwich and jalapeño poppers at 10:30am! That's so amazing! Staff keep it very well stocked and clean inside too. I like that I can order a small drink and have a diet dr pepper then refill it with ice to the top then unsweetened ice tea to go to a really hot day. I love that they also still have the self serve pumps. Staff are always very friendly and fast too.
I went thru the drivethru and ordered the crispy fish sandwich, the potato triangles and a diet Dr. Pepper. The Dr Pepper was flat. I tried the diet Coke. It was flat. I was not happy being told there was nothing wrong with the CO² cartridge. TASTE YOUR OWN PRODUCT! IT WAS

Out of the last 6 times, 4 of our visits have had the wrong items. This last time, I knew the price wasn’t right and even inquired at the window and was told “it’s because it’s on sale.” Then when the food was brought out to me (it wasn’t ready) I was told that it wasn’t the same thing and they would have to charge me more trying to dissuade me from getting my order fixed! I’m done with Arby’s and it’s said because I’ve always loved it!

Went here while the brown sugar bacon BLT was in stock. Good sandwich- maybe too much mayo. My parents were sorely disappointed. They got sandwiches which were far too salty.
