Food was cold and dry my fry’s were cold and hard my crispy chicken sandwich dry cold and hard not even rewarmed just sat it’s disgusting. The roast beef sandwich didn’t even have the cheese on it, it was globbed into the corner of the sandwich carton and cold. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed as a fast food service employee myself I never would have served any of this food to anyone it is disgusting .

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is always quick, the food is always fresh, and the wait is never long. Plus they have self serve where it matters - drinks and condiments, unlike some other chains that are using self order kiosks to replace humans.

Asked for extra red ranch and extra cheddar on 3 sandwiches, was charged extra and they didn't put extra sauce on sandwiches, and the wait was a bit long for an empty restaurant there was only 1 other guest inside. Very clean restaurant, beautiful interior design I loved the layout

Not sure who's slapping the food together, but made for the messiest worst put together food I've had in a long time. Ranch was covering the outside of the chicken wrap and wrapper. Italian sandwich was all on the center and smashed. Other food was similar.

The food is a little bit more priceier than other places and they don't always have good coupons in there app which is the only thing that takes me down there. I do enjoy their food. Love the building The atmosphere it's comfortable enough I'll go in and sit down I won't do that at a lot of places it's clean Update: in app coupons have gotten better allowing you to try new items at descent deal

I Do Not eat Fast Food as a rule, but was driving back home to Gatlinburg from Murphy, NC and Mom was hungrey. Got a quick Lil Snack at Arby's hust inside the TN border. Spicy Chicken Wrap. Very flavorful and hit the spot, taking that 'hunger edge' off!

I recently had a chance to grab a bite at Arby’s, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. I decided to try their Classic Roast Beef Sandwich, and it didn’t disappoint. The meat was super tender and seasoned just right—definitely a step up from the usual fast-food fare.
What I really appreciated was the freshness of the sandwich; the bun was soft and didn’t feel like it had been sitting around forever. I also added some of their zesty Horsey Sauce, which gave it a nice little kick—just what I needed!
I ordered my meal with a side of curly fries, which are always a fun choice. They were crispy and had that perfect mix of crunch and seasoning. I could’ve eaten a whole bucket of them!
The service was friendly, too. The staff was attentive and made sure my order was correct, which is always a bonus. Overall, it was a simple, satisfying fast-food experience. If you’re in the mood for a hearty sandwich and some good fries, Arby’s definitely fits the bill. I’d recommend giving it a shot!

edit: just went to Arby's and got a large milkshake. If that's what they want to call it. it's basically half the size it used to be. AND it was almost 6 dollars. not impressed.
