I enjoyed the music they played. It was clean and I thought taking my plates to the trash wasn't a big deal. The sushi is incredibly fresh! I think the best I've had. The hibachi is also good. I had the gen tsos last time and it was lacking something but enjoyable wish it had more than 2 pieces of broccoli. I'd go again.

Let Me Star Out By Saying I Do Not Know How This Place Is Not Packed All Day EveryDay... I ordered THE PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE with Shrimp Chicken And Crab Wow It Was Delicious and even came in a hollowed out pineapple. The wife ordered a Mr. CRAB Poke Bowl And she enjoyed it All... Also The Fried Crab Tempura Roll Was Right on the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

An absolute gem in Jamestown. Kid friendly, wonderful atmosphere, surprisingly roomy. The family that runs this place is amazing and the food does not disappoint. We've been regulars here for a few months and haven't had a bad meal. The hot food is delish and the sushi is the best around. Did I mention Bubble Tea, ice cream, Ramen, and dessert? The menu is quite extensive and not a bad dish on it. If you've been on the fence, don't be!

We already have a favorite sushi place in the Chautauqua area but we figured we'd try Arctic Bites just to see. It far surpassed my expectations and absolutely gives our favorite spot a run for their money. The prices are good and the portion sizes are larger than I expected. I love that they have a larger variety than your typical sushi place. I didn't get the sushi burrito but it sounds super interesting. I might get that next time. The ramen is spot on and the poke bowl was extremely delicious, very flavorful! The thai ice cream is a unique and fun item on the menu. We got the strawberry matcha and it was fantastic!
The staff were friendly and very quick to put our order together. The only place that I might say needs improvement is the atmosphere/decor. It's a bit underwhelming but as a new location, I'd much rather they spend their money on high quality ingredients and keeping their prices low, not passing renovation costs onto the customer.
We will definitely be back! I was very satisfied with our first experience at Arctic Bites.
Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten free and they had plenty of options for me.
