I have never had Best Kitchen before, i ordered food over the phone, one dinner combo. The lady rushed me off the phone and was very snippy. I gave her my name, she didn’t ask for my phone number, how much it would be and tell me how long until it was ready. I waited a half hour before i got there just to be safe. Then waited a half hour in line behind 3 people. I finally gave up and walked out. We all witnessed her scream at someone on the phone. I will not be attempting again. Ridiculous.

They gave us the wrong order on a pick up. We got home and found the mistake. THEY WANTED THE FOOD BACK!!! Why?? Are you going to serve it again after it was opened and “touched”???

Disgusting and CHEAP….how about “”Sorry, you can keep it or throw it away but your correct order will be waiting…no charge, sorry.”

They refuse to fix any problem. They will deny any fault and make you pay for a replacement when you don't receive what you order. Got yelled at over the phone. If your order is wrong don't expect a replacement or refund.

Messed up my order, got beef lo mein instead of vegetable lo mein. Luckily I don't have a dietary restriction or this could have been more serious. My girlfriend called to ask for a replacement, and was YELLED at by the woman over the phone who basically said we were lying. Could've been an easy fix, mistakes happen. Due to the poor customer service we will not order from here again.

I ordered pork fried rice with my peppered steak and literally got 1 1/2tiny pieces of pork. Literally less than a teaspoon in the whole order of rice.

Paid $162 for 6 people. Waited 2 and a half hours for our food after being told on the phone 30-45 minutes. Food was very subpar. Virtually no cheese in the crab rangoons. Customer service when taking my phone call was extremely rude, especially for such a large order. Will never go back, recommend strongly no one goes here. Prices are way out of touch with reality. Highly regret ordering from Best Kitchen.

This was some of the worst Chinese food we have ever had. The Pork Fried Rice was tasteless; the Roast Pork Lo Mein had a bad taste and tons of rubbery pork; the Generals Tsaos Chicken was rubbery and had a strange taste; the egg rolls were terrible. We paid $43 and each had a few bites and then threw it away. We would not recommend this restaurant. Would never want to dine in either.
