Love the Beef on Wick, but now one told me to take a package of chips, so I did not have the chips when I opened my Beef on Wick when I got back to work. I used to live the crinkle chips :(

No cream in donuts for the new year . They say nothing has changed but ther donuts weigh less and only have 25% of the cream . Plz add more cream . I don’t enjoy eating just dough!!! I’m going to get my bake good at Wegmans ..
Best bakery in the country! Whenever we are in town we gain a few pounds here. It’s totally worth it. We can’t find good bakeries in NC. We love all of their donuts, (jelly filled, custard filled, apple fritters, peanut butter filled) plus danishes, breads, cookies, etc. everything is perfect. Lunches have never disappointed either. A very rare amazing bakery. There are fewer and fewer as time goes on.
I was looking for traditional Swedish Christmas cookies that I remembered from visiting my grandmother and great-grandma as a child. I found them-- pepparkakor cookies ready for dunking! The smell of Eklof's felt like a warm hug from my grams. As I was putting my bag of treats into the car, I took a bite AND IMMEDIATELY BURST INTO TEARS. This wasn't sadness leaking out, but the sweet feeling of Christmases 40+ years ago and the memory of two ladies who loved me "all to pieces." Thank you, Ecklof Bakery, for that wonderful Christmas gift.
