It’s my favorite place in Jamestown. The owner is awesome and accommodating. Never a problem with ordering and picking up. Everything I’ve ever had here has been top tier. My wife and I plan our days around when this bakery is open.Dietary restrictions: Does offer gluten free and dairy free options.Kid-friendliness: My kids love their cookies!

Recently, my friend tried to get some cookies for her daughters birthday. She ended up calling and reserving these cookies on January 6. She waited multiple days to get a response and without one she decided to go into the shop, the owner of the shop told her that she cannot pay at the shop in person. Well, she was picking up the cookies and the order got canceled. That’s just what I have experienced secondhand but personally, I have also dealt with the owners daughter. Who is a manipulator and a liar and likes to hurt others for fun. In 2021 her daughter started bullying me and even took baby pictures of mine and put cuts all over them. I brought my dad to the attention of this, and he tried to get a hold of the mother, but she proceeded to ignore these accusations brought upon her daughter, and instead of talking about it she screamed at us the one time I saw her in public. I do not recommend this bakery they are overpriced, and not only that they will steal your money and your dignity.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Often cancels orders last minute. Quality of products have gone way down hillI placed an order January 6th. I had to message her over and over again and after 16 days she finally sent me an invoice. Within 10 days she canceled my invoice via email 2 days before pick up. She had other means of contacting me and did not.At no point did she stipulate a period of time that the invoice needed paid so i was under the impression I could pay at pick up. I went to pay the invoice and saw it was canceled. I reached out to her and got no response. so I called the store which she also did not answer and left a voicemail explaining I was going to post a review because what she did was wrong and very unprofessional at which point she contacted me via Facebook and told me she had expectations of being paid that she had never communicated.After my experience and talking eith people about it I've realized this is nothing new. She's an unreliable business owner.

Was helping my girlfriend plan her daughter’s birthday we went here for cookies. She was essentially going to make the cookies, but when we went on to pay the invoice, it was gone. I don’t understand why she canceled the order without communicating that with us? We left messages and everything, you could’ve just answered the phone and said hey, I can’t make the cookies for whatever reason but to totally ignore us was not professional at all. We’re planning an elaborate first birthday and your blatant disregard was rude and a waist of time. I wouldn’t recommend you if this is the way you handle business.

The gingerbread (plain) and sugar cookies (masterfully decorated) ordered for an event were very good. Service and communication were amazing. No store hours but accommodated a time that worked well for easy pick up. The only negative was the icing on the sugar cookies was hard/crisp/chewy on most of them, nearly inedible on some. We had a lot left over. They were each individually packaged which was a surprise but would have been better on a platter or loosely boxed for an event refreshment. Perhaps offer it as an option?

I would not recommend if you are looking for a specific design to be replicated. I requested the image on the right. As you can see the design is similar but not true to what was asked for. The owner was easy to communicate with and did a great job packaging the cake so it was unharmed during the car ride.

Visited today with my granddaughter who has been asking for weeks to go. Great service and always good treats. Please take time to visit if you are coming from out of town. You won't be disappointed. ????

Very rude staff !! From the owner to the workers way over priced and everything always tastes stale and not fresh !! They are pretty but the taste is very greasey.. lots of others shops that do much better and a lot cheaper without the rude attitude..

I had the most amazing experience working with the ladies of Full Moon Rising! I ordered a custom cake and 2 dozen custom cookies for my graduation party and we were blown away with what they created for us. I submitted a couple reference photos and everything came out better than the pictures. But not only did everything look beautiful, the taste was even better! I had wanted to save a couple cookies to take home but everyone ate them so fast I didn't get the chance! The cake was almost too pretty to cut however, once we did we could not stop eating it. I got a vanilla cake with berry filling and it was all exceptional. Could not recommend enough!

Sweets had a good flavor my chocolate cup cake was super sweet which may be a plus or minus depending on who you are ..the lemon bar was full of lemony zest ...the cheese cake we got was delicious bud had this gritty texture in between my teeth reminiscent of sand on my food at the beach staff was nice great decor ..
