Nice cozy shop with a great owner. He's serves and greets everyone with a smile. The food is great fairly priced. Every time I stop in it feels more and more like walking into family kitchen not a restaurant. Everyone is very nice small team who recognizes you and gives a personal greeting. Very quickly becoming my favorite place in Jamestown. No complaints what so ever.

The Hotspot Cafe is what I love about finding locally owned gems in communities. We ventured here after our hotel, which was supposed to supply a free breakfast, was having a meltdown. I looked online to see what was good and nearby, and this destination was the obvious choice. The kind and engaging staff welcomed us. We had one hot and one iced coffee, a breakfast burrito, and a croissant breakfast sandwich. They were cooked to order and delicious. Because we were taking our time, we eventually had the loveliest conversation with the owners, Hector and Teresa (I'm not sure of the spelling). They couldn't have been nicer. It is obvious that the team here is hardworking and understands how hospitality is done. I'm happy our hotel didn't have its act together so we could discover this wonderful business.

We have always had an amazing experience and have supported this business at least once a month and plan to do so for as long as they will have us! We suggest this restaurant to our family and friends and often like to bring people along with us. We have always been greeted with a friendly smile and service. I can say without a doubt that this restaurant is one of the best places you will find in our city and not just for the food ( which is absolutely the best and tastes just as good as abuela's!!! ) but for the hospitality. The owners are honest hard working people who genuinely love their patrons and take any and all suggestions to heart! The amount of pride they have for their establishment pours into every aspect and sitting in their dining room is no different then the feeling you get when sitting in your families dinning room and sharing a meal with those you love! When it comes to the hotspot cafe The food is really just the icing on the cake and I could not recommend this establishment more!!!
