I was attending this location at 4:15 today with my family for diner. The staff was extremally vulgar and inappropriate with the conversations they were having, I spoke to the manager which was taken back by me addressing the situation. I had a young child with me and she did not need to listen to that. I requested the owners name and the manager refused to provide it. I do not recommend bringing children inside to eat at this location on Washington street in Jamestown. The food was great but the service is terrible.

We ordered a strawberry milkshake some French fries no salt with a side cup of mayonnaise. Had to repeat the order 3 times got to the window how to repeat it again 3 times. They hand the bag out, the girl says not one word. They forgot the shake. I look in the bag and there's a Sandwich we hand the Sandwich back. They handed me my fries which I asked for with no salt they were salted 2 packs of mayonnaise no cup of mayonnaise and the fries were cold and salted. I called the "manager" and she couldn't have cared less. She said: "Well she is still learning". Learning what? Fundamental math? I had to explain to them how to make our change because they couldn't figure out the change from a $10 bill for $7.99 order? We literally had to give the change back that they gave us so they could give us the right change because the lady in front of us left and didn't take her sandwich because apparently she was annoyed too unbelievable. $15+ an hour whatever they're making these days can you make change from $10 bill. Shameful.

Omg what a hidden gem! We ordered the black bean burger, fresh cut fries (only on weekends and pork bowl. The black bean burger was incredible, fries were perfection, and pork bowl was great. Will definitely be back!

Just stopped my by for the first time this year, dropped 50+ dollars on what should have been 3 meals. Only got two and my meal was missing. So went back to get it and I got a side of loaded mac for the price of a meal. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Stopped here for lunch and loved it! The restaurant is small and there was a long line at the drive-thru. That is not a complaint at all. We saw the long line as a sign of how good the food must have been. We went inside, where the line was much shorter and settled into a retro style booth. The burgers were so good, and we enjoyed the chocolate shakes as well. Definitely give this place a try when in Jamestown

Excellent burgers, shakes we had the mushroom Swiss and the mushroom Swiss with onion straws, onion rings, loaded fries with cheese and fresh crumbled bacon, hot fudge malt, and Carmel milkshake. All was very good but a tad bit expensive at $35 for 2.
