I absolutely love this bakery and the way they went above the standards on the custom cheesecake I ordered. It was so delicious.

I have had cake from here on 3 different occasions and each occasion I was highly disappointed. My mother ordered from here for her wedding and it looked nothing like my mom wanted. Not only did it not look the greatest the taste was dry and awful. I had cake from here again for my cousins birthday. It was the cutest grinch cake I would give it a 10/10 for presentation but the cake was dry and the fondant used was so thick and gross. My other cousin ordered from here for her daughter’s birthday in November. Again presentation was so cute but the taste was awful. The fondant on it had to be a half an inch thick no lie. It had a hazelnut inside that was the only good tasting part about this cake the rest was dry. Kind of old tasting. It’s too bad because I was really hoping to redeem their name but 3 times on different occasions with different people ordering. It just is a no for me.

Best baked goods I ever had. My favorite is the peanut butter blossom cookies. OMG! Amazing. Will be ordering from them again.

The homemade cookies are their best item in my opinion, we’re big fans of the snickerdoodles.

I got custom cookies for my husband’s birthday. I sent pictures of the designs I wanted & not only did they look amazing, but they were delicious cookies!!

The pastries are really good and there is a large selection to choose from

They were dirty. The owner had a no care demeanor. She doesn't clean. And least of all no selection.

Very, very DRY cupcakes. Very disappointing. I was looking forward to trying a home town upscale bakery. I wanted to love this place. Yes, the prices are high. I thought that maybe their was a good reason for those prices. I was very wrong. The price certainly does not reflect quality, taste, or basic customer service skills. Dry customer service. Dry cupcakes.

Just stopped in for the first time today and I wasn’t disappointed. I just had a decorated sugar cookie and it was pretty amazing. If the rest of the goodies I got are this good I think my waistline is in trouble. ??

Finally was able to catch them open! Bought lots of stuff. Cookies were good, brownie and marshmallow treats were amazing, loved the gelato. The only not so great was the cupcake...pretty dry. Would be 5 star hands down with moister cupcakes. Will be back for more yums!

My husband and I met at a Sea Wolves game so at our wedding we ordered cookies with the mascot on them. They turned out perfect!! Thank you so much! Would recommend for your personalized baked goods.

The first time I went to Killa was when they first opened. They were pretty good, albeit pricier than most small town bakeries. I chalked it up to ambition and prices would match quality over time. I went Wednesday with my wife and daughter for Gelato and to see what changes have occurred in the last year. The Gelato was delicious, but way overpriced. I also got two peanut butter cupcakes and was highly disappointed. The cake portion was extremely dense and annoyingly dry. The frosting was obnoxiously sweet and dense as well. The price on these was 3.24 each. Not worth it in the least. Couldn't even eat the second one because I felt the density. I get that they are trying to accomplish, but focus on improving existing items. Cupcakes shouldn't be dense and powerfully sweet. I've lived in LA and NY. The most successful shops have light and airy cakes. Won't be returning to Killa.

I met an employee (Susan) of Killa Kookies & Kream at a vendor fair at the Botanical Gardens. I bought three fun cookies, a Rice Krispie treat, a peanut butter cookie sandwich, and two parfait cups. The fun cookies were an angry uterus, a cookie that said F*** You, and a cookie in the shape of a marijuana leaf. The peanut butter cookies were excellent and they had a huge amount of delicious buttercream frosting in between them. The Rice Krispie treat was great, as was the peanut butter and cake dessert/parfait cup. I bought a friend a dessert cup. I can't remember the flavor but it was different and she loved it. The employee told me that they are usually at the Hamburg Farmer's Market on Saturdays. I messaged the owner and they weren't going to be there on the 30th but I still ordered a few things for a block party. (I ordered two orders of peanut butter blossom cookies and one peanut butter pie.) After driving down to Jamestown for a 5K, I stopped in the bakery to pick up my order. I bought way more than what I originally ordered because everything looked so GREAT!!! (I bought a coffee, 15 cake balls, some chocolate covered Oreos, and a few cookies, in addition to my peanut butter pie and the drop cookies for the block party.) The cake balls were buy 12 get three free. I bought peanut butter, Snickers, and I think the third flavor I chose was lemon raspberry. (I should have reviewed this business sooner!) All in all, I spent around $151.00 there. The service was great, the place was clean, and the treats were delicious!!! I would definitely come here again, if I was in the area, or I'd drive down for an order. It was so worth it!!!
