Called to order a pizza, came for it and nearly an HOUR later, I was told I'd still have to wait. Not that out got old and went back... it wasn't ready... Turns out they misheard my name. Instead of asking what i ordered to confirm they had me post for the wrong order. The refunded me but sheesh...

I have to say, this location is way better then the other location, by far despite the area it has been put in, it comes out on top. Food always cooked to perfection, even requested well done and I never seem such a great cheese bread in my life, pepsi is always cold, and the workers are really nice. I remember talking to this one lady about prices, and trying to guess it and we had a little joke going. This is everything a little ceasers should be. Great price, great food, great service.

This location is notorious for being slow and not even coming close to their hot and ready ads. Not just on weekends. Wed I've been told several times 20 minutes wait. Tonight is a Friday and they are telling customers at 715pm no hot and ready pizzas, bread sticks or pepperoni crazy puffs for 30 to 35 minutes. Place has been mismanaged for years. Worst fast food place in Jamestown area.

We didn't get our sauces. We were told they will bring them and never did. We waited 15 min out food was cold and I was told that they will give us credit only for the sauces. So not only is food cold but it can't be enjoyed as intended. I wasted $70. I rather order from dominos I never had this issue with them. I spoke with the manager he said his name was ken unless he lied about that too.

Unimpressed with the girls working the counter and their language. Small children were with parents waiting and their conversation was wildly inappropriate with many vulgar words. Unacceptable for a business.

The pizza is really good for the price. Price is the point with this pizza. They still have the normal cheddar jalapeño sauce if ya know what I mean. Always friendly staff, I've never had a problem.

Sitting in the waiting area for a pizza that was already cooked and set to the side. Took someone from the back to come forward and remedy the situation. Apparently stocking 20 oz bottles of soda was more important than customers.

The only selling part of this pizza is being ready. They rarely have pizza ready and you have to wait. If I'm going to wait, I'll go somewhere else.

Sometimes there is a wait on the hot and ready pizzas which I think is a bit crazy but I understand that at times it gets busy and sometimes things may make it hard to stay caught up. Other than the wait at times, the staff is awesome , always helpful and courtesy. I rate 5 stars because I see how hard they are working to produce quality food and excellent customer service at the counter with there customers.
