I went to this McDonald’s at 8:30 pm throw the drive thru and there was 20 cars in line… And then they told everyone that they closed. 3 hours before the time they are supposed to close I was really mad when everyone was trying to get food. Do not recommend this McDonald’s.

This is by far the worse McD's I have ever been to. I think it is more a problem with the ownership and management that doesn't care. I used to work at a McD's 40+ years ago, and I remember it being a place that valued speed, cleanliness, quality, and customer service. None of those values exist today.
The prices here are significantly higher than any other McD's I have gone to, this includes one's that are located inside airports, where you would expect higher prices. Those higher prices at this location doesn't get you better service or anything else.
Anytime I go to the drive thru, it can be a 20 minute or longer wait to even place my order. It is obvious that the store is very under staffed and poorly trained, and they just don't care. The manager's office is visible from the drive thru window, and often you can see the manager sitting there looking at their phone. I can remember when the manager was actively operating the store and pitching in wherever needed to get things done.
I think if you can't operate the store up to minimal standards you should close it. Truthfully the only reason I go there is because my granddaughter wants a happy meal, otherwise I would avoid this place at all times.

Every time i go through the drive-thru at this location, I regret it. Ordered tonight, got no receipt, and although this time the order was technically correct, someone put enough big mac sauce on the sandwich to drown a rat.
Imagine biting into your Big Mac, only to have the patty, cheese and sauce slide out of the bun and ooze all over your hand.
Forgot the patty on my mcdouble. Other than that, it was good.
