Would love to keep patronizing this place, as it's the only one in the area who seems to know how to do a proper thin crust NY style pizza, but the Neo Neapolitan has been out of stock online for three weeks and when I try to place an order the old fashioned way, nobody picks up the phone.
You guys still here? Is the Neo no longer a menu item?

It’s been awhile since I received service this ridiculous. Not only did it take over 1.5 hours to get pasta, but our waitress didn’t check in on us… when she did it was to say they ran out of something and that we needed to change our order and then blamed one of the only other tables here for the hold up.
It was so bad I wanted to have multiple drinks, but I wasn’t given the opportunity to order more than one. Would never come back.

Somehow we just tried this place for the first time… my husband and I are genuinely upset we waited this long to try it. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely make this a regular place for date nights!
Our first time trying Sauce we got a takeout. I love a proper neapolitan thin crust pizza and theirs is amazing, we had the prosciutto one and it is now probably my favorite pizza place in town. It was very large too. My husband got himself a chicken parm which he thoroughly enjoyed as well. We will be coming back for more for sure. Would love to dine in next time instead. Only thing that's a little inconvenient is the fact they're only open 4 days a week (closed sundays) and they close already at 7:30 PM.

I watched a caterpillar die on my pizza.I ordered a plain cheese colosseum pizza to share with my friend. The wait was about an hour which was to be expected for a double layer pizza but what was unexpected was to see a green cabbage looper caterpillar thrashing in its last seconds of life. I wouldn’t have posted this because I was understanding that it was an accident but when they came back and tried to play it off that it was one of the pieces of basil and asked if I wanted it back or remade.I didn’t get to eat their pizza for dinner but I did laugh inside at the group of waitresses disgust when combing through the pizza they tried to re-serve me.

Made reservations two weeks prior to my husband’s birthday. Showed up on time and it was apparent they weren’t expecting us. While speaking to a female employee, she acknowledged speaking to me on the phone but stated no one wrote our reservation down. No apology or admitting this was their error. None of our group of 14 will ever return. Disappointing to say the least
