WOW!! I am blown away. I just hosted a networking event here at SOLT- after hours. The whole booking process was so smooth. I trusted Kristie and her team 100% and they delivered. We were so well taken care of the whole night, Johnny and the other staff member were incredibly helpful and attentive. Everyone kept saying how perfect the location was and the food was a 12/10!! They made sure everything was kept warm and the team served us swiftly. The ambiance is so cozy for an intimate event. We loved everything. Thank you- thank you- thank you!

This spot instantly won me over. You can relax right at the counter or settle into a cozy corner close to the fireplace for a quieter vibe. The kitchen setup looks top-tier, though the real highlight is their creative cocktail list. They even offer plenty of non alcoholic choices, which is a huge plus for me. I tried their veggie burger still one of my long time favorites and it was just as good as I remembered. A must-visit!

Stopped in for lunch. The front counter person was very friendly and polite. Knew the menu very well even gave me suggestions on On additional items that I ordered, the chef was very polite. Let me taste this ginger dressing. Talk to me about his new tacos that I ended up ordering as well. Food was amazing atmosphere 2nd to none. Beautiful place very quiet. Definitely a hidden jump

Second time visiting the cafe. Was in the cafe for almost 10 minutes, wasn’t greeted, wasn’t acknowledged. Went up to the counter even and was ignored by the young man working when the only two table in the cafe had food and were almost done with their meal. Didn’t know if we ordered at the front or what. Just a really weird unfriendly experience. Walked out and went to Tim Hortons and received better friendlier customer service. I’ve been to Solt Spa and Panache as well and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service!!! Solt Cafe has lots of room for improvement.

This place is wonderful! They have a large selection of food from salads to flatbreads to smoothie bowls. They are very accommodating with quite a few gluten free options. The atmosphere is also great! The entire place is very clean and well-decorated. I will most definitely be returning!
This was my first visit to Solt. I ordered the Pesto Chicken sandwich. I took it to go but I noticed when I walked in that it was a classy atmosphere and I am planning on dinning in on a different day. The Pesto Chicken sandwich was delicious.

I’ve been to Sôlt twice now, once for brunch and last night for dinner. Both experiences have been exceptional — atmosphere, food, service, and music! My salmon was cooked to perfection with a gorgeous sear on top. I’m a fan of the Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese salad with fresh arugula. Being able to add a protein to a salad is fantastic option (Salmon, Shrimp, Chicken, or Veggie). For brunch, we enjoyed a salad and smoothy bowl. Dessert options were fresh and plentiful.

Sôlt is a gem of a restaurant, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements its thoughtful menu. I recently visited and was blown away by the quality of the dishes and coffee.
The French onion soup was exceptional—a comforting classic elevated to new heights. The broth was rich and deeply flavorful, with caramelized onions that had just the right sweetness. The topping of gooey melted cheese and perfectly toasted bread made every spoonful an indulgent delight.
The burrata appetizer was a standout as well. The creamy burrata paired beautifully with tomatoes drizzled with honey and mini focaccia rounds created a balance of textures and flavors. It was fresh, indulgent, and visually pleasing. For lunch, I had the meatloaf sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The meatloaf was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, served on fresh focaccia baked in house. Comfort food reimagined in the best way possible.
Finally, the chai eggnog was a revelation. It managed to capture the warming spices of chai and the creamy decadence of eggnog in perfect harmony. This drink alone is worth a visit—it’s festive, unique, and utterly satisfying.
Overall, Sôlt impressed me with its thoughtful attention to detail, creative flavors, and impeccable execution.

Stopped in on a rainy day, and immediately I was hooked by the quality of espresso. My go to is a sugar free vanilla oat milk latte. My next visit I tried the ice americano. Third visit, I actually sat for lunch. The chicken salad is refreshing, but fulfilling. A perfect balance of sweet and salty- highly suggest getting the ciabatta bread. It comes with a salad of greens which is lightly dressed with vinaigrette. I haven’t tried any cocktails yet, but I’m sure it’s not too far for me in the future. PS, happy hour is 3-5pm and they have 5$ glasses of wine and well drinks :-)
