Rude ahh workers at the window, Everytime i order a drink it taste different everyday, done going there lmao, i pay $9 for a coffee and they can’t even make it right. instead they are back there mixing potions hoping it’s the right way to make it.

Was told they no longer filled iced drinks up all the way if I ask without ice but when I asked other baristas at other stores they told me that no, that is not the standard and they fill it to the top. I feel ripped off of my drink. My gf used to be a barista at one and said they only filled it to the top black line and left it there. It was basically half empty.

I'd love to come here don't get me wrong but after today not anymore...basically changing me for every little thing(I already know there are charges for syrups and the sorts) but it's ridiculous to still make me pay full price on drinks I had coupons for and to argue with me to still tell me I had to pay full price...I'm sick of it and ill just go to a different location

Service and people are great, it gets pretty frustrating when the drive thru backs up. You can't get out until it clears out. If you look at the photo and to the left, the employees have chosen to ignore the diagonal parking stripes, not sure why.
