I primarily order through the app, and it takes like 15+ to get my order. Today I had order the hazelnut croissant sandwich and a coffee, when I arrived 17 minutes after ordering, the croissants had just made it the oven. So I had to leave bc I had work soon without the food I payed for 17 minutes prior, very annoyed

I have no idea why the vanilla cream donuts don't have anything in them most of the time. I have mentioned this many times, but nobody seems interested in correcting the issue.

Went in on lunch break. Waited for over 15 minutes to place an order. Employees didn't even acknowledge we were there. Af5er getting an employees attention we had to leave to get back to work without receiving so much as an apology or food.

Horrible experience. Anyone who orders thru mobile app for drive thru make sure you stay in the drive thru no matter how many cars in front of you. I had 10 at least in front of me. Went inside and they refused to pull up my mobile order unless I waited in line with 7 other people as if I was ordering all over again. I told them i did not have time to wait in line again as I had to be to work. I told them my name, my mobile number and my order it's self and still refused to make it. Mind you all I ordered was a hot drink. RIDICULOUS!

Ordered online on the app. Order went through twice and charged me twice. Called store for them to tell me I have to cancel on the app however the app has no option to cancel and order, Not helpful at all!!!! And customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Was not a small order either, over $30. Mind you I was charger for 2 orders and yet still only recieved one, so apparently they didn't have a problem not making the second order but didn't have a problem charging me for it. Over $30 was charger to my account for nothing and customer service and the store are both worthless. I just want a refund

Definitely choose a different location, this is by far the worst tim Hortons around. I loved tim Hortons, but after my encounter today. I will not be going to tim Hortons again.

For the past month and a half not a single one of my orders have been correct. I’m paying extra money for things I’m not getting. This used to be my favorite place to go but now I’m just getting sick of spending my money on items I’m not receiving. The only time Tim Hortons makes my orders right is when I have my sister make the item for me. Your staff needs more training or something because this is ridiculous that only half your staff is doing their job properly
