Not the best Tim's in the area, yet somehow always so busy. I'm glad they are moving across the street and hope it improves. The absolute cavern of a pot hole in their drive thru is insane. Staff tend to be nice. Food is hit or miss. The pricing for what you get is just insane too

Honestly I can't get enough of the Recees PB Icecap. Their mocha ice coffee is a to go to for me. Definitely they stepped it up after a couple of years.

Usually I never go to this store but it's the only 24/7 in town. Everytime I come past midnight, it's always at least a 15 minute wait in drive thru. Last night I was in line for over 30 minutes without the line moving whatsoever. Pretty ridiculous how the owners can open up several more stores in town, but still can't hire enough people to work overnights at 1 store. No reason why I should be waiting for over 30 minutes just for a single coffee. Ended up backing out of drive thru before even getting to order.

I ordered avocado toast and I got bread, customers before us were forced to wait while she made our drinks before theirs. The atmosphere was highly unsatisfying, she didn't great me with a smile or a friendly interaction.

Horrible experience. Rude employees, egg shells in my sandwich, took three attempts to give me the correct donuts. Had to place my order three time because cashier wasn’t paying attention to me.

They have to do something about the infestation of flies in this place. You can’t sit for 5 minutes without having more than a dozen flies land on you, and you have to keep your food covered or you will be getting 6 flies with every donut.
So frustrated and annoyed, at this point it honestly feels intentional the staff at this tim hortons often get orders wrong unapologetically at this point.

1st time customer. Horrible service. The in-house wait time for someone to come and take our order at the register was at least 15 min and another 7 min for the 2 drinks. No Veterans discount was offered, and no thank you once you pay and receive your drinks. If one pays with a card, be sure to ask for your receipt, or they automatically throw it in the trash.
If one needs to use the restroom, one must ask for someone to unlock the door in order to use it. It appeared to be a hassle or inconvenience for one of the workforce to unlock the restroom.
Flies in the dining area, window ledge by the drive-through, wasn't secure or safe, a few chairs were unstable.
A bit of kindness will go a long way with customers.
