I have been trying to get in touch with this store for the last 20 minutes and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I have hung up and called back multiple times and they will not answer the phone which I think is terrible customer service. I understand that they can get busy but still it’s unacceptable.

Went inside to order and ate outside. Food was good, hot and fast for a Tim Hortons.
We stopped by the location on Foote Ave on 7/3 for a coffee and snack. The place was so dirty and there were flies on the food in the case. We just bought one coffee and left. We won’t be back.

Tim's never disappoints me. They're frequently busy, but quite efficient and the food is consistent. When I bring my very well behaved service dog, they offer him a "pup cup" with whipped cream and some broken donut pieces. Rare treat which he only gets a taste of because of how much sugar is in it, but he loves the attention. Comfortable atmosphere inside.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking lot. Pull away chairs allow the wheelchair bound to pull right up to table and it's a good height to sit at.

I am so sick of getting the wrong wrap! I do not like your sausage. It is too spicy or something for me. I order a bacon grilled breakfast wrap every day and I can't tell you how many times I get to work and it is sausage! By then, I'm stuck with it. It really upsets me that they can't get the order right!!!!
