Unbelievably slow. I've been sitting in this line for over 20 minutes, now. There's no way to get out once you're in, and I've got other things to do with my time. The shift's manager's explanation was that there was a trouble with the coffee Brewers. Seems like something we should be prepared for, at a coffee shop.

It’s 6pm I just left the north main location after the worst customer service I have ever received the lady was so rude . She messed up my coffee so bad it was undrinkable.i will never go to that location again

4 days in a row, I went for a coffee through the drive-thru, and the service is awful. Today, I got an extra large coffee that was cold. I asked them to heat it up and they were perturbed! Before I moved out of the area, I came to this Tim's daily with awesome service and coffee. The other day a man came on the speaker, and asked what I wanted..not hard, a coffee with cream. He said can you repeat, as he did not hear me. I said an extra large coffee with cream. A ladies voice said, you don't have to yell at me, I can hear you. WTH....crazy crap..one person takes order, switches to another voice, and then you need to repeat it. She gave me a large instead of extra large. Terrible service. Cold coffee...was not in the 20 mi nute range they advertise. Get your act together Tim's before a Dunkins comes in and puts you out of business . I ordered coffee, nothing else!!

APPARENTLY, THE OWNER GIVEs THE SAME ADVICE TO EMAIL TIMS WEBSITE. THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS, THAT USED TO BE FANTASTIC. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES! TEACH THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW YOU ARE WEALTHY MR. OWNER, SO PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. We get our hair cut at the same place.

I ordered 1 donut and 2 coffees, some lady was very rude while I was ordering,and when she went to hand me my money back,I didn’t see the change because it wasn’t on top so it dropped and she stopped what she was doing, just stared at me and then rolled her eyes. And then was snobby handing me my things.

I truly believe the employees today had no idea what social skills are. Absolutely rude. I ordered 2 for 6 (3 of them, 6 sandwiches) I got 3. When I tried to ask about it they shut the window and stood there. No bye, have a nice day, nothing. I worked 3rd shift, I was tired so I left and asked the universe to send love and passion to their lives. Why is this important other than for obvious reasons? Because I buy tons of Tim Hortons gift cards and leave them in random places for people to find in hopes we can show kindness, compassion and have empathy for those who just need a cup of coffee handed to them with a friendly face.

Girl at the register spoke to us as if we were bothering her. I'm sorry you showed up to work to allow us to assist in giving you a paycheck. Fiod was prepared wrong, whole place is a mess. She was completely miserable and we now know to never hit this location again.
