I'm a frequent flyer at most of the locations in town. Lakewood is delightful. The Square? What is with the people who work here? if I come during the day there's a woman who will complain with the window open that her drive-thru times are now ruined because someone ordered a sandwich. She never stops complaining that the staff working along side her need to pick up the pace. This is a regular occurrence, and sometimes that sandwich buyer is me. If I go at night, like tonight, the guy working literally SIGHED AUDIBLY over the com system when I requested a BLT after ordering an Iced Capp. I know making sandwiches and serving Cafe drinks isn't a high on the passion list, but the owners should know your staff indirectly make your customers feel awful just for coming to your store and ordering.

Doesn't serve everything you would find at a normal Tim Hortons as this one just has a drive thru and a mobile pick up.

Parking: A few parking spots when you pull in for Mobile Pick up there is no dining room

See attached photo. I don't know why I bothered with this place again. They mess it up literally every single time and it's ridiculous. Now I have to drive back and get a refund. Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They haven't gotten our orders right a single time out of 5 tries now. We wanted to give it a chance since it's close but it isn't worth getting the wrong food then getting attitude when you ask for your correct order. I got the sandwiches for picky eaters and now I have to waste 20 minutes driving back and getting a refund. It's been this way since they opened. How is that possible?

Got breakfast: the sandwich was perfect, the hash brown was good, but the latte was horrible.I ordered a medium gingerbread oat milk latte with one shot of espresso. The drink I got was barely warmer than room temperature, and only half way full, with a quarter of that being foam, no syrup, and what looked like cows milk instead of oat milk due to the foaminess- I honestly think whoever was on the drink bar at that time gave me steamed milk leftover in a pitcher they had lying around from another person’s order ☹️After I ate my food and discovered how horrible the latte was I went up to the counter to ask for it to be remade, which was possible because I ate in.The person who remade it for me, (wish I’d gotten their name), did a great job!The latte was hot, I could smell the syrup in it, and there was enough milk in the cup that when I picked it up a little spilled out of the lid.I really appreciate that second person taking the time to make my drink correctly!

Dietary restrictions: Non dairy milks, though make sure you emphasize that you’re lactose intolerant when ordering, otherwise the employees may not think it matters to give you what you order.

Call it Like i see it

They operate/work too slow here. Especially with 3+ employees on duty.
Order walk up to window pick ups are the worst, they have you standing out in the cold-rain-snow for up to ten minutes.
Inventory is low,
(not a big selection) they barely have any doughnuts.

They repeatedly have given me coffee with no sugar, coffee not stirred, every time I have ordered food they have made it wrong or given me something I didn’t order. I keep going back for some hope that maybe one day they will do their job right, but this morning was the last straw. I will NEVER do business with this Tim Hortons again.
