Heeey! First day at new location of JD Pizza. Awesome environment! Great interior and lots of drinks at bar.

A quaint little Italian store on Seneca turnpike. Their food qualityy is reqlly top notch. I have had their pizzas and cannolis, and loved it. It is located a bit away from statndard routes of many, but a really good find.

We ordered 2 scallop dinners. Was told it would be 1/2 to 1 hour. It was already 1 hour & 20 min’s so I called to ask where order is. Was told driver almost here. Driver showed up within 5-10 minutes. Food was warm but not hot. Upon tasting food, it was HORRIBLE!! Scallops were so small, fries soggy, and worst of all, the coleslaw was GROSS!! It was warm & tasted AWFUL! I had to spit it out. When I called JD to ask for money back, they wouldn’t budge. So here I am giving terrible review and I will continue telling everyone to NOT order there!!!

Spent over $80 for a delivery and waited over 2 hours. Nothing special…no games or holiday, just a Friday night. Our pizza was screwed up and when we asked could they just give us a credit for a future order instead of waited for them to remake the pizza, or delivery person to pick up the pizza for a full refund just to throw it in the trash we were told no. Mind you we spend at least $50 here weekly.

Love their pizza, very reasonably priced - I also specifically asked for a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day and they made it perfect! Great customer service

Ordered a Buffalo sub for take out from here. Very impressed with the flavor and prices are quite reasonable. Will be going back for sure.

Ordered pizza and wings and I was told one price on the phone then the driver shows up and tells me I owe $10 more. The food was cold and wrong. I called to complain and they told me they were refunding me for their screw up. Then someone else called back and said I was the one who messed up so they wouldn’t be doing anything for me.

Terrible service. I went in one week and ordered pizza and wings. The order was completely wrong and I noticed when I got home and went to eat. I called immediately, the woman on the phone told me that I could either come and pick up the correct order or get credited the order and pick up at a later date. I chose to pick up at a later date. I call in at a later date, about a week later, and the girl said that a note was on the account saying I’d get 10% off my next order, not the credit for the order that was incorrect. Spoke to the manager and he is saying he wasn’t going to credit the order. Very disappointing and not the right way to go about business. Definitely lost my business from here on out.

I order delivery from here now and then. Food is generally pretty good, especially the calzones!

Took almost 2 hours to deliver then they forgot my soda we ordered a calzone that was just pepperoni and cheese no tomato sauce whatsoever and we tipped pretty well but won't be ordering again since they didn't even offer to go get my soda they forgot. Also was told after I called it was only going to be 10 more minutes and they didn't show up for 40 minutes and my food was cold by then

Delivery is awesome food is the bomb ordered Buffalo sub it taste so good ...they give you your money worth that's for sure .... Will order again soon

This used to be our weekend go-to for food, and we always raved about them and tipped well. That was until last night, when we had a fairly large order for a birthday dinner that had a missing salad. Normally we would let it go, but It was a special occasion. When we politely called, we were persistently made out to be liars and the manager angrily explained that we must not be looking hard enough bc he placed the foam container with the salad on top!! I've never been spoken to so poorly from a business before. Obviously it wasn't in our box or else we would have eaten it. Never ordering from there again, very sad.

Ordered online and mistakenly clicked on cash, called in to adjust to pay online, was asked for my card details which I gave but there was an error, told them to cancel so I can order again, then the customer service officer said they cannot cancel and that we have to pay on the phone. I asked them if we can add a soda then we pay, she said no. I said ok please cancel, then we can reorder. The next response was that they would never deliver to my address again. This is a company I have bought Pizza from up to 6 times in the last 4 months. That lady is so rude and abrasive, and she needs to deal with her personal issues rather than been mean to customers. I also would never patronize your company again. There are loads of awesome pizza companies around. I only stuck to yours as a result of customer loyalty which was not even worth it at the end.

Worst take out food by far. Potatoe skins were cold Potatoes topped with bacon and cold cheese wiz poured over them chicken wings flavor was just weird. Will not go back. I had this food delivered that's why it was cold. Great response from the owner. Unbelievable

The lady at counter is slow and rude. She was touching food in case with no gloves. She took 20 minutes to ask my name and cash me out as I had ordered take out and waited on hold 5 minutes. The food smelled off. It was my first time eating there as well as last. The sauce had a funny taste and it was also all over our mix sticks. The place is dirty you can see the dirt all over which since it's not a busy establishment means it's just a dirty joint. I will never purchase from again an suggest everyone steer clear unless they have a while to wait for awful pizza.
